Perkins Restaurant & Bakery - Restaurant in St Joseph - 3901 Frederick Ave, USA

We had a party of 9, one in a wheelchair and one in a highchair, so we needed 7 seats. They sat us at a table that only had 5 chairs. We ordered our drinks, got them, and then started to order food. It took them an hr to make our food. We ordered appetizers and only got one when our food came not before because they didn't have the other one. When they came out with our food, we told the lady we wanted to order pies because we had to leave, and she said "I'm not your waitress, so you have to wait for her." Our waitress was not smiling. She didn't seem happy was short. She didn't give us refills for drinks, didn't give us syrup. When she came with pies, we said, "Can you get those in Togo containers?" She turned around with attitude and rolled the eyes. The whole experience was unfriendly. We will not be going back to Perkins. The manager and waitress were rude and unhappy. I got the build your own omlette cheese and ham with hasbrowns and pancakes.

Server Jazmyn S was bad . She was rude . We waited 30 min to get our food . Food was cold! I think it was the sititng in my back getting cold, bad bad time. I don’t live around here but our service was awful.

Was sat down quickly and our waitress took our drink order and promptly returned to take food order. Then I didn't see her for literally 40 minutes. My wife could see her in the back joking and playing with her server friend. Even when I asked for a water she totally forgot and walked by oblivious. I am a big tipper if they do a good job but she was absolutely terrible so we walked out after 50 minutes with no food or service

My husband, my sister and I were there for lunch today in St Joseph Mo. The food was great, Jenny our waitress was amazing! She is a delight…….always happy, very friendly, always has an amazing attitude and is always fast about waiting on us and getting our food to us! We are there an average of 1-2 times a week and the staff is very friendly. The environment is great and fun, management is always good to us and ensures we are taken care of. The food is always fabulous!

Food was pretty darn good but there just isn't enough of it. But then again I'm 6'1 260 lb always looking for more food got to keep my figure in shape LOL. The service was outstanding. They kept up on me pretty good. Very good very friendly people.

Our waitress was AWESOME!! She was working all the tables by herself and doing it with an amazing attitude 👏 Our food was delivered warm and delicious 😋 She deserves a raise and some praise 🥰 We were there around 9:45 pm on Dec 1st 2023.

Pretty decent reliable Perkins food... I really enjoyed our service the last time we had dinner. The restaurant needs a deep cleaning but otherwise not bad.

Server Jazmin from the start did not care for me at all! Everyone else in my party was treated well but apparently she had a clash of personalities with with me. Idk why I treated her very nice. I have to say Perkins menu is way too big and confusing. Apparently they dont even serve a baked potato. What's up with that? Service time was good. Food was good. Prices were affordable. After service, asking for to go boxes seem to be a major inconvenience for her the server. I think Perkins should reevaluate their confusing menu. It's basically whatever you order seems to come with eggs! Whoever thought prime rib comes with eggs is way off base. It seems the 6-8 pages of menu( which is ridiculous) is normal. You could cut that in half by 2 3rds and have a more presentable and less confusing ordering experience for your patrons. If you could ask your customers if they would like a breakfast or lunch/ dinner menu, that would be easier for ordering.
