Great food and great service. The staff was very kind and friendly! Enjoyed my experience here.
My wife and I decided to give Perkins in Viera a try for breakfast and the food was delicious. My wife had the avocado eggs Benedict and I had the sirloin steak and eggs. Everything was delicious and the portions were great. Service from Sharooz was excellent and the atmosphere was very clean. As they say, kindness served daily and they did. Thank you Sharooz for your hospitality and we look forward to visiting again for a great meal.
Dropped in for a late lunch and wound up eating breakfast instead. Our party of 3 was quickly seated. Our waitress paid special attention to my 85 yo friend who is hard of hearing. All of our food was hot, tasty and served quickly. The serving sizes are generous, and we happened to be there on "free slice of pie" day. We took our pies home to enjoy later on. If you're looking for wide options or all day breakfast, Perkins is a great choice. It's not fancy, just really good!

Nice Perkins located close to the Brevard Zoo off of I95. First time here and it was busy but we got a table quickly. The food overall was well cooked and tasty. We have been to some Perkins that had some food issues, but not here. The carrot cake pancake special was excellent. My wife's waffle was also very good. Lowest item was coffee. It was hot, but served in a metal carafe left st the table. There was a notable metallic taste to it. Otherwise the meal and experience was fine for this type of family restaurants.
Great service, extremely poor management. The steak and pepper skillet was very salty. Mentioned to our waitress who told the manager. He said we don't season anything. Would not even come to table to discuss it. Got into with him as we left. Find out the gravy is a mix, so that is where the salt was from His attitude lost a good customer today, will not be back.
Perkins in Melbourne Fl, great service, food is always good and reasonably priced! Our server Sabrina and Abigail were very attentive and friendly! Highly recommend!
