This place is the best gym. The owners really care and put a ton of money back into the gym. They are always getting new equipment, offering new classes, and starting new competitions. The recent upgrades in the bathroom are awesome. If you are looking for a local gym that will exceed your expectations, this is the place!

If you are a resident in the surrounding areas of Peterborough and not a member of Performance you’re missing out. By far the best gym I’ve been to. Keep up the amazing work guys. Forever thankful for helping me get back to being happy and healthy. Always clean, always open and the workout equipment is endless!

By far the best fitness center I've been a member of. They are constantly updating equipment, all kinds of different classes depending on your desired level. Hands on owners that cater to the members needs. Highly recommend!!

Since this gym got new owners about a year or so ago the turnaround has been amazing. Some of the equipment has been updated, nicely compartmentalized and with the new 24hr access, it provides greater flexibility. In a smaller community like this that 24hr availability is a Godsend. It's owners are friendly and fair who provide a clean, solid place to work out. Concerns are met with swiftly providing for a comfortable pressure-free environment. They have weekly group session workouts that are free and other classes as well. I haven't taken any of those but they seem to be popular. If your looking for a safe, supportive local place to workout, this is it!

Great Gym, never found it to be more than moderately busy (going at 5am and 3pm) and it had plenty of weights and machines for any and all exercises as well as a room for ropes/tires/pulling sleds/whatever. Went there to get in shape for Basic Training, never had any issues, Staff were always accommodating and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a gym

Staff is extremely friendly, and the new ownership is constantly making great changes and putting out new classes. Always clean, welcoming, and great atmosphere. Highly recommend the gym to anyone in the area!!

I love this place. Locally owned, extremely clean (you see the staff constantly cleaning) and a nice age/ability mix of people (I go mid-day). It is a supportive environment in my experience (I am fat so I take up a lot of space) and it's nice to always see friendly faces. There is a comprehensive mix of machines and free weights and several rooms so you never feel overly crowded. People share the spaces well while also being mindful of keeping space and wiping things down.
