Chris and Ryan did an outstanding job of mounting our 4 TVs. They were friendly, courteous professionals who went above and beyond in their efforts during a long job. Explanations were excellent, they put in extra effort that they didn't need to and the price was amazingly reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Chris and Bryan did several big jobs at my house over the last year. All A+++ work. I'm telling you these guys are total professionals when it comes to anything audio/video, wiring, or security cameras, and worth every penny. They did all the TV and sound system setup in my house, including installing in-wall speakers and wiring the rest of the speakers for the entire house. Mounting several flat screens, installing TV and HD antennas on the roof and attic. Also, they installed a separate security camera system with HD cameras. There was some follow-up and tech issues that came up - Chris was always prompt to call me back and make sure any issue got resolved. Believe me if you are spending money on high end audio and video equipment, you want it installed right.

We bought our Smart-Home over 4 months ago. The seller and I did zero transition with respect to all of the smart systems (e.g. surveillance system, garage, in-home audio) which has resulted in me having major issues trying to change everything over since moving in. *Live & Learn I slowly got some items connected under my wifi with my own account info after several text exchanges between my realtor & the seller to get old PWs and User IDs... But the camera system and smart garage were not having it. I tried hiring everyone from Best Buy's Geek Squad to a few "installation pros" I found online but still no results. I just about gave up and finally asked my realtor to reach out to the seller & offered to pay them to come assist. The seller was out of the country but put me in touch with Cris at perfected innovations (who didn't install the system btw) but said he'd try to assist. Cris came to my home and in less than 1 hour my cameras and my smart garage opener were fully functioning again and installed on my home's wall-mounted iPad & Personal cell. What a relief! I couldn't be happier. You guys rock!

Perfected innovations is just the best!!! They did an awesome job!!! Inside of a week, they wired and mounted an outdoor television and speakers. Everything was done with such detail all I can say is we are 200% satisfied and will be calling them for our next AV adventure.

Bryan and mark are gods among even tech geeks. They worked magic in hiding wires and going through walls. I didn't even think that what they did was even possible. You will not be sorry for choosing them and you will not be sorry for spending the money for this type of service because of what they can do for you. Also reliable, accessible, helpful, punctual and pleasant.

Chris was wonderful to work with. He was on time and reasonably priced. We had another company come out and they were twice the price. He was responsive by phone, came when he said he would, and charged what he originally quoted. When I had questions, he had the answers right away!!!!

So I decided To call Perfected Innovations and boy was this a "blessing" after calling so many other companies .These guys were the real deal, from the customer service to the flawess installation. I couldn't have asked for a better experience , These guys were great from start to finish with the pricing to match .Defenitly a first class operation ,I will Be calling again for my next Audio Video Project Thanks Perfected You guy Are Great!
