We purchased the Home Master TMAFC-ERP Artesian Full Contact Undersink Reverse Osmosis Water FilterSystem in 2021 and have been completely satisfied with the unit. It has been flawless. A year later, we purchased a second unit for my daughter's house. A contractor removed the unit and disassembled it during a kitchen remodel. Customer support gave us all the information we needed to reassemble it and even sent us replacement brackets for the ones that were lost. Great product and customer service.

I have had their system for more than 10 yrs and had to replace the RO membrane so that I replaced/upgraded the entire system with its top of line system - HydroPerfection Reverse Osmosis System. The ordering process was very smooth and the system was quickly delivered. Take down the old system was easy, just cut-off water supply, release the pressure, and disconnect the tubing, take off the system from the clip. The installation was even better since I don't have to mount the clip again, just connect the waste line, water supply, new water tank, and then snap on the system to the mount, connect the power supply for UV light. Turn on the water, check for leaks, fix the leak (re-inserting tube to quick connector), and then flush the system a couple of times - Done! I tested the water produced, the reading was in low 20's while the supply water's reading exceeds 200. Tasted the water - one of the best tasting water, better taste than some bottle waters IMHO. My expresso machine loves the purified water, eversince I installed the system, no more clogging of my expresso machine. The coffee tastes better with purified water. Love it.

This business has the best customer service anybody can dream about. It is so rear these days. I contacted them many times with the problems that I had , and they alway called and sent emails right away and helped me with my issues. I have been using under sink reverse osmosis system for about 10 years already, and during all those years I always was taken care of. I am very grateful to people working there .

This is the best RO system I've ever used. Not only does the water taste better than my previous system, it is much more simple and economical. The simple push-connect fittings seem more hygienic and ensure your filters are actually filtering the water. You don't need to pay someone to change your filters. The installation videos are excellent and very easy to follow. Service is exceptional. If you have questions, they answer the phone and are very friendly people.

I installed my artesian r/o system in 2019 and have absolutely loved it. The company has been so helpful and has taken the time to answer questions that I have had throughout the past four years. Every year when I replace the filters they are helpful with making sure I get the correct ones. The system is amazing, and I could not be happier, but the customer service is even more amazing than the system. Absolutely Love it! Water tastes amazing, makes great clear ice, everything rinsed with it smells and tastes better (fruit, vegetables, etc). Long winded review below.... As a life long city boy who recently moved to the country on a well, the taste of the water was something very different from my municipal city water. Even though people who lived on wells said our water tasted good(for well water), I could not stand it. I was buying bottled water like crazy and using a filter pitcher but was getting tired of the constant fill/wait/fill and all of the plastic waste. I decided I would get an under counter RO system that was easy enough for me to install, rapidly deliver and generated great tasting water but was also was cost effective on filters (made in USA would be icing on the cake). I started online research and kept coming across Home Master Perfect Water systems as the best of the best, if you were willing to spend a little more up front. I really liked the modular nature allowing me to choose the best system and component upgrades I needed for my water quality (Fe, artesian filter, permeate pump, upgraded fixt., etc) . The permeate pump and 3.5 gal tank means I am never waiting for water and it is always a strong stream. I contacted the phone support and they were extremely helpful and pointed me in a direction I had not been looking at (the TMFe line). They also helped me select a spigot upgrade that would color match my new Kohler fixture (see photo). I am glad I listened to them as I was ready to order a different color that I thought would match. They did offer to send out a sample chip but I did not want to wait. They did not try to up sell me on anything I didn't need but also were very good at explaining what any and all of the upgrades would do for me. by the time I called, I was already pretty certain I would go with this system but the customer service I received over the phone just pushed it over the top and solidified my decision that they were the right company. The unit arrived quickly, had simple, easy to follow instructions and was very easy to install. While the unit was more expensive than some other models I was researching, I feel it will be a better value over time. One of the features I really like is the simple filter schedule (annual for all, every 3 years for some) where many competitors have you changing out different filters every 3,6, 9 months etc. How can anyone keep track of that?! Because I ordered from them directly, they even threw in a free set of filters for the second year! This really helps bring the costs in line with other models. My only knock might be that you cannot simply walk into a big box store and buy replacement filters but since you only need to worry about all filters annually, planning ahead will prevent any inconvenience. I show it off to anyone who is even remotely interested and love having people taste the 'horrid well water' when they come visit from the city and their surprise at how good it is. I have recommended this company to others who have inquired.
