I recently stayed at this in Peppermill inn, and had a fantastic experience. They were very accommodating, allowing us to stay with my two emotional support cats. The location is quiet and peaceful, and the rooms are new and very clean. The staff were friendly, welcoming and understanding regarding our situation.
The reception workers are the best and helped us so much, best workers of the year!
Our stay was very enjoyable. Thank you so much!
Highly recommended!
We recently stayed here halfway through the Seattle to Portland bike ride. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and even moved up the complimentary breakfast service times to make sure all the cyclists were fed in time to hit the road again. I also appreciated that the staff took great care of our bicycles. We will definitely stay here again!
The customer service was great and the lobby was very nice. It looks like the outside and lobby were remodeled in recent years maybe, but the rooms still have a bit of a 90's feel. It's location is conveniently located just a couple minutes from plenty of food/shopping. There was a coffee shop, Subway, a cafe, and two service station stores within walking distance. The free continental breakfast was good, Wished there was a bit more for those with dietary restrictions (less carbs, gluten/sugar free, etc). The rooms were ok, but the biggest turn off was the smell of smoke in a non-smoking room and the pillows were small and offered very little support. We had a toy poodle with us and there must have been some chemical treatment on all the bark/dirt landscaping because my dog would smell it and refuse to walk on it. There was no grass on the property, so we had to take the dog across the street to a patch of grass in front of a construction project to use the restroom.
I mean I know it probably isn't worth 4 stores to many, but i been to a lot of 2 star hotels, and this one seems pretty decent all around. One bed was great, one was very old and sucked, but they gave us stuff to make it comfier and overall had a decent sleep. one plug didnt work, but an extension cord was available. The shower actually had better pressure than my last 5 star i stayed at. The location looks bad, but its actually next to downtown, which is great, i recommend hitting up the victorian/ steampunk store. coming in from california, sure it isnt seattle, but the outdoor views, even with the highway, were amazing with all the trees and supple greenery. The sound deadening is amazing compared to a lot of modern hotels i been in, so honestly i overlooked its flaws a lot, because you can be in the nicest thing on the planet, but wont be able to sleep, and this place i wasnt able to hear my neighbors until i walked out to the hallway. And of course, things were clean, and staff will do their own thing but just dial room service and they get to you fast as hell.
Hotel is strategically located off the freeway and close to Mt. Rainier and St. Helena. Also close to the outlet shops. Nice rooms, decent price, good breakfast, nice staff, what else to wish for.
We just got home from a stay here this weekend. My daughter had a softball tournament at the sports hub that lasted all through the night/early morning until 4am. I told the front desk lady to please not send room service, we were going to be at the sports hub all through the night and early morning and would need to sleep in. Well, housekeeping was knocking on our door at 10am. Waking everybody up.||This hotel is extremely basic, nothing special about it. From the moment we checked in on Friday, the staff was all very rude, unhelpful and seemed unhappy about their jobs. One woman in particular always seemed to be watching my girls, looking for a reason to be rude to them. By Sunday morning, when my girls went to grab some of the very basic continental breakfast they offer, the lady was already putting it away. The Breakfast ends at 9:30, my girls got there at 9:32 and were told by this woman "Breakfast is over" as she carried off trays back to the kitchen in front of them. She was not kind, did not offer them a bagel, a cup of yogurt, nothing. There were still two gentlemen sitting in the common area eating. They were not finished, and she was in a race to put everything away.|| This was the final straw for me with this woman. I confronted her, she was very rude to me as well and almost proud to be so rude. I said a choice word to her in regard to her lack of hospitality and I walked off, just wanting to get out of this place. ||When checking out, the manager (who lacks any basic management skills whatsoever) was ready to come to the employee's defense. He did not approach me and say, "I heard you were frustrated and I would like to know what the problem is." Like a good, properly trained manager would do. He immediately began trying to reprimand me on what I had said to the rude employee, talking over me as I tried to explain how this woman was behaving. |It was mind blowing watching how this "manager" chose to behave and handle the frustration of a guest. ||My Advice would be, DON'T STAY HERE!! Book Elsewhere. These employees are not properly trained in hospitality. They walk around like they hate their life and their job. It's a miserable place I will NEVER return to. They also, don't seem to like the softball girls, they are very rude to them. So, if you're in town for a softball tournament, please take your girls elsewhere, they are not welcoming to them.
Enjoyed staying here. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Maybe a tiny bit more pricey than it's worth. Quiet and Clean. The only reason it's not a 5, is the beds were a bit hard and springy. Had a fridge and microwave though!
We stayed here while heading back to Seattle. It's a little bit older hotel and the lobby and surrounding area was covered with plastic from water damage. No big issues but nothing special. The mattress was very creaky. Everything else was acceptable and in working order for a value hotel. Some items were a bit dated. The room had a Fridge and Microwave but had no breakfast. The staff was there just to check you in, nothing more, could have been more friendly. Would look for other options if in the area again.
Absolutely great experience. A lot of the interesting things to exore. Must visit the outdoor playground! Don't forget to choose your favorite song on the jukebox and try lift the weight!
Last night a friend and I went to the Orent Express, we love classic Agatha Christy! This play was very good! In fact, it was most likely the best play I have been to at the Evergreen Playhouse! The actors did a fabulous job! I believe it stirred the
Cleanest place we've ever stayed at. The host/management(Maybe owner)was extremely helpful, accommodating and nicest guy ever. Can't recommend this place enough..
Only one Karen popped up a couple times, feels she owns the place lol (4 Lassie dogs),
Was our first time here for the Pickleball 2022 Veterans Day Classic. There was a total of 12 courts and they also had an indoor softball field and a restaurant. They had lots of super helpful volunteers that make sure the pickleball keeps getting bi
Found this place when we needed a place to wait while waiting for AAA to unlock our vehicle. I ordered a fish sandwich and it was delicious and I was so pleased that the salad had romaine lettuce instead of iceberg. The food was good enough that I wi

The best Chinese food we have had in a long time! Two of the places we frequented closed their doors or had changed their chefs. This one we found while we were in the area shopping. So delighted we found them! The atmosphere was inviting, clean, qui
Friendly staff and a nice casual environment. Family friendly. Bone-in wings were big, crispy, and sauced well. The Original and the Parmesan garlic were two very good sauce options. Nachos were pretty good. The tortilla chips were light and crunchy.
