Pepper Tree Motel - Motel in North Hollywood - 5909 Lankershim Blvd, USA

I hit my bottom with this, only positive thing this is that I’m going to rehab tomorrow because the girl upfront didn’t believe me that there was bugs. I took the comforter off and this is what I found.

Overall this is a decent Motel. The rooms were clean, the staff was nice, the location was decent.

The service here sucks. The old lady charged me twice for a dingy room, i called 6 times and no one ever answers, now i have a hold on my credit card and money i cant use. Learn how to speak english front office.

The atmosphere is as expected for the area. The room was something fun I've never experienced. It just seemed to have that haunted feel here but in very entertaining amusing way. Surely I could have gone to western or wherever else but this place has its charm. I had wondered what intriguing people stayed here as old as it is. Sure its run down but the guy running the place nice and pleasant. The price a little high but it was interesting. Bed was clean and clean sheets personally is my priority since well your here to sleep. It is private and was pretty quiet. Definitely some cool ghosts here. I felt happy giddy here.

Worst hotel in North Hollywood. The rooms are old and smell. The furniture is old like 50 years old and something you pick up on the side of the road, the goodwill got better furniture. No cable not even basic cable, TV is as small as a laptop. No microwave or mini fridge. No phone as well. And yet they have the odasity to charge $100 a night, clearly taking advantage during this pandemic. They should be reported to the Health Department. Front desk speaks no english and clearly does not understand when spoken to. Every where else was sold out and had no choice. I did upload photos and hopefully they stay up and for some reason not all photos where posted. Trust me this is worse than skid row and I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE. JUST HORRIBLE!!!

That place was really cool because they didn't ask for a deposit and the room was pretty cheap and it was also clean and a good area also the staff there was very nice and it was kind of hidden and everything else was booked so I was very grateful pretty cool

I Don't know why but many places on Lankershim U cannot see their addresses at night and this place is no different...Thank God I noticed the name, so I pulled in looking for my friends room that I thought was near the back as I glossed the doors but it was midway and upstairs...This place has covered and uncovered parking which was clean and spaces were not tight like some...I basically parked underneath the room which was cool...got upstairs to the room there was a closet and a short hallway to the room and it was clean and the bed was made with a window overlooking parking lot..the bathroom had a shower soon as U walk inside it and psst that was the sink with a decent mirror then at the end of the wall a nice size window and clean toilet.. the room overall was very clean nice setup chairs bed and sofa table against the wall and a flat screen TV no phone or microwave or fridge but nice quiet clean location check out was noon my friend said they come knocking on the door right then too but we were lil late to walk out although we had the door open so they didn't need to..an older Asian woman politely popped her head in asked if we were leaving and we said yes and off to see the wizard we went.. pleasant experience and I recommend it to anyone who isn't looking for the Hilton or Marriott but quaint spot for those who aren't looking for Bell's and whistles. Finally no roaches either I must add

Too much traffic and abunch of noisy residents or customers.. could use better management.. This motel can be better if it could do an upgrade to the rooms and it's clients. Paid 105 per night for 2 nights on weekend. A bit pricey $$ I think.
