Great vegetarian and vegan selection. Loved everything we tried. Large portions. Friendly owner. I wish I lived closer, but will definitely be back.

My favorite place to get food in Lincoln. I have literally gone to Pepe’s Bistro three times this week. Pepe is super friendly and nice. His unique combinations never cease to amaze me! My mom says his culinary skills are out of this world!

Food tastes great here. But. I wish there was another dimension of rating for places on Google Maps. I’d give 5/5 for the ambiance, purpose, character and attitude of Pepe. He’s the founder of Bike Kitchen (search for it if you don’t know about it — it’s a bicycle non for profit) and I got my first real bike from there.

I’ve eaten vegan food in LA, Denver, and now Lincoln. Pepe’s is definitely in my top 3 vegan restaurants of all time. The vegan mole enchiladas were satisfying in every way. The perfect amount of spice with a complex blend of flavor. I would definitely come back in I was in town

A wonderful vegan spot with great food. I would call it Mexican Fusion. Our host was very friendly and offered free hot tea. I had the bbq torta, my wife had the curry taco salad but it looks like there's a rotating menu that changes daily.

To say the food is phenomenal is an understatement. Tastes as delicious as it looks with the friendliest and most appreciative staff. To be honest we had no idea vegetarian food could be this delicious.

A great enough experience to inspire me to write my first google review. Fast and kind service and amazing food. Its very difficult to find quality vegetarian options in Lincoln, but this place stands out like no other. If you get the chance, go check it out!

I've been following Pepe's on IG for a while & finally got the chance to go. The food was delicious, the vibes were immaculate and the service was top notch. I got a jar of jalapeños & carrots to take home and they're amazing too. There's little books & colored pencils at each table so you can leave a little doodle or poem for others to enjoy & there's local art on the walls. Will definitely be going back to Pepe's next time I'm in Lincoln.
