Absolutely would recommend them! Called 4 places today and these guys answered the call and absolutely rocked it! My wife broke her back glass on her iPhone 15 pro max and these guys had it in stock and repaired in a couple hours. Like it never happened! Seriously if you want a repair like this, come here!

Fast and great service, the Rep/Tech Ryan M was thorough and thoughtful. He explained the issue to my less than tech savvy father in a way that was both understandable and direct. Their pricing was the best in town, after being quoted from other shops higher prices, this shop went out of their way to make sure it wasn't an expensive problem. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs their phone repaired. 10/10 would use their services again.

But your response proves that you are not putting your bottom line over your customers, as I assumed. They forced me to pay a week AFTER they were telling me they had a lifetime warranty that would be on them in the event of a faulty part. The part went out within 7 days and I read the receipt after paying and it says “will be replaced for free.” This company is willing to lie and won’t stand on their word. The manager, Tom I believe, sat there and bold faced lied to me.

Thomas and staff are incredible. I messed up my iPhone and they never made me feel like a failure. They took the time to explain to me what the issue was and what I did wrong. I will never try to fix a phone again. Highly highly recommend Pensacola phone repair. I will always bring phones to Thomas to have him repair them! Thank you Thomas and staff!!!

I brought in one phone with a cracked screen and another phone with a cracked back. They had both phones repaired, installed fresh batteries, and outfitted me with new cases the same day. They saved me a TON of money, and the whole experience was way easier (and a lot less stress) than if I went to my carrier. I am definitely using them again!!!!
