Penny is an excellent real estate professional. We were in a complicated situation as we had to sell 2 homes at the same time and find a new one rather quickly and she handled it with ease! Penny is very knowledgeable about the market and about the valley and that made an easier transition. We couldn't say enough positive things about her. Penny took fantastic care of us selling a family home after the passing of my grandparents-inlaws. I could not imagine a more perfect pair than her and her mom to handle this difficult transaction. They both handled it with grace and understanding and were able to take care of everything from handling the estate sale to selling the property. It was not just a business transaction but rather they were there every step of the way to navigate the difficult life event. She marketed the property very professionally and was able to get us several offers to chose from. I would not hesitate to use Penny again for any real estate needs I have and would highly recommend her!
Penny did an amazing job helping my family sell my late Uncle's house in Phoenix. Unfortunately he passed none of us live in AZ, Penny took care of everything during a difficult time and while we were 1,000+ miles away. She always goes above and beyond and helped us sell our home in 14 days and got us above the asking price!
