PennTech - HVAC contractor in Blue Springs - 1755 SE County Rd AA A, USA

My air conditioner began to run warm air. Called PennTech and instead of waiting a week for a service call, they took care of it the next day and works great. Adam the assigned technician was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful and he explained the issue and resolved it. Just a great customer service. The support from the office staff, Darla Pennington and Von was exceptional! Kept me informed. All is well now 😊

My wife and I were very disappointed in our last service with Penntech. We have used them for the last 12 years to service our HVAC and never had an issue with them. So when our AC went out this last time they were the first people that we called. Long story short they charged us $600 an hour in labor and a 600 percent markup on freon. If this is how they treat their loyal customers I would hate to see how they treat everyone else.

They made it out THAT DAY to check out my non-functional AC unit for me. Turned out to just be a thermostat issue. Adam our technician was incredibly pleasant as were the scheduling ladies. At 38 weeks pregnant, it was truly heaven sent to have such a great team to take care of me. Thank you so much!

Was having A/C issues and contacted PennTech to come check. After consulting decided to have full HVAC system installed and everything went exceptionally well and crew was very knowledgeable and knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend them to anyone.

PennTech bent over backwards to accommodate us while replacing our old A/C unit. I'm not the one to make decisions on the vendor (that's done by my property management), but if I was I would definitely use them again should the need arise, they were very polite and professional!

We own a 120 yo home and had PennTech upgrade our service to 200 amp. The whole job was a process from coordinating local inspectors to dealing with "old house stuff", all of which were handled flawlessly by Jessica and Michael. They are extremely professional, very courteous, but most of all, awesome to work with and be around. I compared our new equipment with other homes here that have recently been upgraded and the quality of materials PennTech uses is much better quality and sturdier. I highly recommend PennTech for any of your electrical projects!

Everyone was wonderful! The office staff and technicians were all courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They did their best to make my hot water tank was replaced in a timely manner. I highly recommend PennTech!
