I highly recommend Ralph. My computer was not working properly and kept showing a blue screen. Went to where I purchased it and they wanted me to leave it with them for 2 to 3 days to fix it, which I refused, because it would mean that I would not be able to work for another 3 days. I found Ralph's company on Google and it only took Ralph 5hrs to fix my laptop for me, which included picking it up from me and dropping it off as well. Also, stayed in contact with me, by giving me a status and progress of what He was doing with my laptop. Sure enough, I was able to work that afternoon, thanks to him. Quick, efficient and professional. I made a silly mistake on my computer and during these covid times, he maintained proper hygienic protocol, wearing both a mask and gloves.
