I had originally signed for service with one of the large internet providers, however after spending 48 minutes on hold, waiting to speak with an agent, I cancelled the service. Pendleton Fiber was strongly suggested by various people. I have spoken with a LIVE person every time and service has been same-day so far.
I have had service with Pendleton Fiber now for over a year. Have had very little issues with service interruptions. When I need to call and speak with a representative I am quickly connected to someone that can resolve any issues I may be have. Excellent service. I have recommended to others and will continue doing so.
I’m a gamer and I know that Pendleton fiber company are the best and better then spectrum you pay for the speed you get and you get the speed in your home the best so far

In the 6 months I have had service I have had one downtime of less than 10 minutes. On top of that they are there to answer any questions extrememly quickly and were a great help setting up my new card system for my office. Best IP ever!
Installation was prompt and in-spite of their somewhat wonky billing website, I've had no issues with billing or customer service. Once I got the service running, my typical up/ down to Seattle or San Jose is 50/15 mbps, which is about what I think they advertise. Typically, ill ping 5-15 ms to any west coast servers and I'll ping 55 ms to European servers.I'm only paying for the 50 mbps service, but i've seen download speeds high as 100 mbps. I've had no issues with throttling or perceived throttling during peak hours or "certain" kinds of downloads. I consider my house to be a pretty heavy user and we've never come close to our data use limit. For what its worth from an internet stranger, its some of the fastest service I've ever had and has been very much worth the cost.
Been with them 24 years. Rarely disconnect. The customer service is local and super responsive.
Front desk stayed past closing to help me fix my router issues so my three year old could watch Frozen for the 83rd time.

An incredibly eye opening experience! We left with a completely different view of the history we've been taught compared to reality, so sad, and wished we could apologize to everyone on behalf of all the awful things we did to all the native tribes.
Front desk very welcoming and efficient. Room was small, very clean. Bathroom had very special shampoo,conditioner, body lotion. Nice thick towells. Bed comfortable.

Arrived with only 30 minutes till close during roundup week and it was no problem for the friendly staff here. I wasnt sure if Id find anything for my plant based diet, but the housemade hummus and warm pita was amazing! Also had a fabulous veggie
