We drove 10 hours and arrived at penn Ann motel Saturday morning at 5 am , The lady told me we had to pay 167.00 dollars just to stay that Saturday morning from 5 am to 11 am and stay overnight till Sunday till 11 am cause she said it was 3 days and I sure don’t see how it’s three days.
1st problem was that the ac unit did not cool very well. other problem was the bathroom, toilet didn't flush good and window was broken which allowed air to vent. Last but not least they refused to return my 5 dollar deposit because the person who rented the room to me gave me one price and the other person said it was a different price not to mention she was very rude. After Arguing with her I decided to tell her she could keep the 5 dollars because she simply did not want to return my deposit and I told her that I would never return to that hotel again. She simply replied, fine and I don't care. "Very nice customer service". Two thumbs down.
We stayed in room 117 for us it was QUIET,the bathroom was clean, shower worked fine the aircon cooled nicely. Only needs up dating on the beds. But otherwise had a nice weekend. We would stay again. Thanks the torrez's.👍
the air conditioner won't cool the walls are covered in what looks like dried boggers and blood. dirty as hell bathroom is nasty won't be taking a crap during my 1night stay, hairs on bathroom floor, the shower was not existing, it has a shower head but it doesn't work only the tub fauset. the clerk was not that friendly i thought Hindus were nice, nope!! basically you would be better off sleeping in the dumpster in the back
The management are generous with their kindness.They are very clean rooms. Full service Motel It is almost.time to leave but I am happy to. Say when. I. Leave I will not be pleased with. any place unless I am. Treated as I have been treated here
Clean affordable excellent place to to stay. Nice view good service. Had been looking around for a cheap place to spend family time and rest. Would recommend people yo stay at this motel. A variety of restaurants to choose from which are close by
Manager needs to offer, at least, some coffee and bagels, in the Morning, to ALL their rooms Renters (guests).
One of the cleanest Motel 6 inns I've been at! Bedding, shower, even the hallway was well maintained and upkept. Shout-out to Juan, the receptionist clerk, for being extremely helpful!
