Pembrooke townhomes - Motel in Riverdale - 5790 GA-85, USA

This is the worst place to live. It's worst than any rehab, hood, or half way house. It is owned by Indians that don't get involved much but the African American workers especially the property manager and house keepers have horrible attitudes as if you made them come to work. They get your money and the wifi doesn't consistently work. As well as if the rudest house keeper who is pissed at life every day doesn't like if you leave a crumb I'm the kitchen they will take the entire stove away from everyone in the building preventing you from cooking. There are so many health code violations I can't even list them all but the roaches and black mold was enough for me. And please pay your rent. I witnessed the housekeeper and a Spanish American worker throwing someone stuff over the balcony and when the bag burst they laughed. These people are nasty and inhumane as if they are better than others when in reality they live out here too. Don't waste your money.

While I much rather the private bathroom, the shared units are equal in quality. I see why the shared space is so popular, it is a good savings, you never encounter your "roommate" it's still a killer value! oh and staff..they have to grow to like you, if they just don't like you, well.. I guess you are screwed, but hey you only have to deal with them once a week! Don't let there need to make others miserable effect your fabulous day!! ROCK IT!! 😇😜😁

Worst place to stay. Roaches every where, staff is rude and the property manager lies. If you happen to not be able to pay your rent they will get rid of your things before the 30 days that they say you have to retrieve your belongings. Wish I never stayed there. Lost all my personal things.

The rooms are clean. Daily, Weekly and Monthly rents are available, includes all utilities, cable and internet. Great location!

Wifi has issues. The complex is currently doing upgrades on the outside appearance.

This place is a nice place, however the boot-leg cable is far to much for me. I've been here for six months, and I have not had one week were I was able to watch TV!!!, other than that is a decent place, the people are cool, the room is great...MY ONLY COMPLAINT...BOOT LEG TV SERVICE!!!

I had a bad experience staying in Pembroke. Management was rude and even the staff too. They treat you like you are in a halfway house. They claim I had a lot of compliments on me and I know it was a lie. But when I was having problems they didn't do anything. They told me that I had to move out on October 28, but I moved out before than because of the fact had they handle things. This is the nastiest place to move to so please think about living there because they have strick rules there and they treat you like you no body.

For the amount of money that they're asking it is in need of repair and they need extermination of pests their bathrooms are not up to par and it lacks cleanliness in the outside areas. This is considered a motel although it has no other amenities outside of utilities included in the rent and possibly the renting of a private room with a bathroom it comes with a refrigerator and microwave a chair a drawer the trash can one chair wooden and a bed full size. The doors have a card key coded lock although it is still not safe anyone can burglarize the room there is a stove a sink washer and dryer trash cans a table and chairs that everyone can use. You have to have a parking permit and there is handicap accessible parking but it's only in the front where the check-in desk is. There is no smoking allowed in the buildings there are smoking bins one in each area of building accessible to the 191 bus and the 196 bus on the corner nearest the raceway gas station. It is also considered as a boarding room for purchase by the week. It cost $275 a week. It has an off-brand cable which is included in the price of maybe about 15 channels are only but two outlets to use. There's been no changes to the stove or the areas or the buildings. There's been no repave of the roads no additions there's been a lot of transitioning as far as the employees they had a sign out in the front for maintenance hiring. There is a lot of contamination around the buildings. They are playing that they have security just yesterday evening. So far researching has brought some very serious questions about the actual place.
