Pelican Bay - Lodging in Breezy Point - 30254 N Lakeview Dr, USA

Been coming to these timeshare my whole life. I love the lake and the fishing. It's within walking distance of two bar and grills. Wild life does frequently visit the area deer,skunks, cats, birds etc

Extremely disappointed. Did exchange through Interval International. The cabin we stayed in, number 35, really needed an update. Tile floors had cracks and fractures, bathroom cupboards varnish had worn off. Breakfast counter had chips out of the top of it. Bathroom ledges had thick dust on them, inside windows had cobwebs, there was a smell to this cabin that I couldn’t get out of my clothes. Worst of all are the mattresses. One was rock hard, one was super old and had a dip in the middle and the Murphy bed mattress looked to be at least 15 years old and very stained. When I contacted customer service regarding the beds I was told there was nothing they could do to help. We ended our vacation two days early. As a side note I did observe another couple bringing in a foam mattress topper - that could be an option.

We come every year. The cabins are spacious with large kitchens and living areas. They are also always kept very clean. The gas fireplace in each unit is also very nice. Each unit's backyard has trees and a view of the lake. The indoor pool with waterside at the check-in building is great for the kids too.

Great weather. No mosquitos. Resort haf paddle boats, canoes, and kayak. Good restaurants nearby, but we cooked all pur meals.

Classic cabin decor. 2 bedroom (master is loft with pull partition for privacy) plus a downstairs murphy bed. Bonus was the indoor hot tub.

This place is always worth the drive and money. Be sure to wear good boots in the winter. It gets really slippery. Can't wait to go back next year.

This place is amazing. So relaxing. It's not a long drive for our family of 6. We love it!

Enjoyed a wonderful week of great weather, good fishing and long walks along the shores.
