Renovated, modern, and clean. We got a last minute room for one night. It doesn’t look like your typical B&B inside which is a good thing (no musty beds and floral wallpaper). The pillows are comfy and soft. We stayed in room 6 which faces the street. The shower was large and got nice and hot. I liked the products in the shower (full sized!) because I have a lot of hair and those mini bottles just don’t do. The house was quite noisy because of other guests walking around/closing doors late at night (which the B&B can’t control) but they do provide a noise machine which we used on the loudest setting. The breakfast was really tasty (blueberry pancakes, eggs, sausage). I wish I took a picture but I ate it too quickly! The coffee was just ok.
This place is great. Staff is really nice and the breakfast was done well! Also they leave a tray of baked goods out every day. I have a major sweet tooth so I was definitely the one eating one every time I passed by the lobby. :-)
Very clean, spacious room, breakfast was amazing every day. The inn keepers were so nice and very helpful. The location is perfect, don’t have to pay for parking and can walk to Thames Street in seconds.
The inn has excellent location, friendly staff and clear check-in instructions. The property seems to be newly renovated and looks modern and clean. The room feels bigger than the actual square footage. Great value for the money and it's highly recommended.

Great location, only a block away from thames street. The rooms were cozy, had hot tub inside room. Would definitely recommend and I will be returning again.
