Pelham Resort - Hotel in Hampton - 121 Ocean Blvd, USA

What an amazing stay at this fabulous location; they're a real busy resort; so please have patience as move in and move outs are fast and furious. You cannot beat parking your car in a lot for a week and just simply enjoy the beach and fine sand that sits across the street from this spot. The Rages are a fantastic Family ownership that truly care about your stay. Now remember; it is family friendly, so there will be children enjoying the pool and pool area, so be patient, we were all kids once.|Enjoy the many restaurants and bars that line the boardwalk as well as the arcade for the kids and frankly, for the kids in all of us too.|I will be returning for the SeaFood Fest this September, another great time that is a great take. |Now the Pelham is fairly booked up, so if your lucky to get a room, please enjoy your stay.

I had stopped by Hampton beach to grab I bite to eat during the seafood festival and I had lost my wallet. Luckily the owner found my wallet outside on the side walk and called me the next morning, I came by a few hours later to pick it up. It’s nice to know there’s still honest people in this world. I’m very thankful that he was very kind and went out of his way to make sure my wallet was returned to me. This not only shows me that he’s a good person but I am sure he would do anything to accommodate his guests at this hotel. Highly recommended this place based on the actions of the owner. Thankyou again, you saved me a major inconvenience. God bless

The rooms were clean. The staff were friendly and pleasant. They were courteous. We had a great ocean view on the balcony. Loved having coffee in the mornings watching sunrise. Will most certainly go again. As a matter of fact we are going in August.

Cet hôtel est très bien situé. Nous avons apprécié l’espace dehors pour relaxer, qui est propre et spacieux.|Le personnel est gentil. |Toutefois, je vous déconseille la chambre no.8. L’odeur d’humidité est présente, peu d’espace pour se déplacer (deux lits double) et la salle de bain a besoin d’amour. Le rideau de douche n’est pas propre, la clanche de la toilette n’est pas stable, pas de prise de courant. |Très ordinaire pour le prix qui devrait être ajusté par rapport à certaines autres chambres, plus rénovées..

Nous avons adorés notre séjour à l'hôtel le Pelham. La chambre était dans le style de Hampton, un peu vieillot, mais malgré tout très confortable et très fonctionnel. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue principale, c'était merveilleux de pouvoir vivre la vibe de la ville en tout temps. Les lits étaient très confortables. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les espaces communs comme la magnifique terrasse sur le toit du Pelham Suites, la cuisine du lobby (où nous y avons préparé tous nos diners) la terrasse au rez-de-chaussée et la piscine. Les prix étaient corrects (c'est toujours un peu cher à Hampton). Le service était parfait. Nous avons aussi apprécié le petit déjeuner offert, qui nous a permis de nous débrouiller le premier matin.

6 weeks out .. My husband was submitted to the ICU on life support and I canceled my reservation this evening and was told no exception to the policy! Shame on you and the woman hung up on me.. Absolutely deplorable! Update: Adding to this They issued my partial refund to an old credit card they had on file and tried to say it was what I used to book my room even though I was literally looking at the charge on my new card statement. Incredibly rude and incompetent . Will share my experience with anyone who is visiting Hampton. Plenty of other places to stay!

Very small room and very small bathroom. The entire hotel is not handicap accessible. Stairs are steep! Lot of traffic noise and blinds did not filter the light. Awake most of the night because of light and noise. Breakfast is bare essentials. Coffee, yogurt, cereal and pastries.

WThis is not a hotel. Its a motel. Worst room i ever had. Asked for a 2 bedroom. Got a room that was 12ftx12ft had one bed and a pull out couch. It had a small kitchen. Which was useless because we boked one night. No room service. At 7:30am the dooor was locked to get to the mane lobby. They had Sunny Delight soda. Coca-Cola only. And terrible coffee for a morning Buffet. Nothing to eat but muffins and small boxs of cereal. Did they really think we're going to buy ower own food on the Hampton strip. That sells nothing but t-shirts and has connor of stores? Only checked in there because of a 4 star rating. It dont deserve 3 stars. This is a 2 star motel. Not a hotel. Will never check in here again. And i go to Hampton several times a summer. Just walk past this place. It was grubby and looked like you mite get an infestation of little critters to come home with. Never again. And the pool was cloudy. And unclean. Not kid friendly. Gross place. And the pictures in the other reviews were not taken here. Im sure the 4 and 5 stars were put up by management. I dint see any views that match a single photo.
