Jesse and team are fantastic. My appreciation for a computer repair company with morals and integrity can only be recognized by someone who has also had a bill of $250 + for a diagnotistic that told them nothing and was carried out by a software program, not by employee labor. These guys are the opposite in every way.

Absolutely stellar customer service, responsiveness, and tenacity with our computer problem! My wife's MacBook work computer fell directly into water while operating and unsurprisingly shut down (hard). We called around to see who locally could attempt to recover the data, finding very few who would even be willing to attempt it. Multiple firms said the cost to recover would be about the same as buying a brand new machine. We came across Pegasus, where Jesse said he'd give it a shot and it would only be a diagnostic cost. He got the physical memory out of the machine, recovered the data, and put it all onto a new 2TB WD Passport for us for only about $200. Amazing work and value! These guys rock; if you're not using Pegasus for your computer issues, you're doing something wrong!

Jesse was quick to reply to my inquiry, schedule service, and complete the job. He helped us setup a basic office network in no time at all. Highly recommend.

Awesome service! I was having problems with all of my computers all at once including getting onto the Internet. I know a lot about computers, but just couldn't figure it out. I tried everything I could think of... Jesse from Pegasus came over to my house right when he said he would, took one look at things and then systematically got everything working piece by piece. He got my Internet working, got my Wi-Fi up and running again, determined that I had some malware in both of my computers that probably caused the issues in the first place, and helped get it all cleaned up. I am now up and running perfectly! He was calm, thoughtful, and really knew his stuff! I highly recommend Pegasus to anyone in the Flagstaff area!!!!!

Jonathan, the Pegasus tech, was absolutely perfect for me. I have few tech skills - and tend to panic when I'm given tech instructions. My normally intelligent brain freezes. Jonathan not only answered my questions in a way I could understand, sometimes he had to answer them more than once. If you are reading this review and have tech panic, use Pegasus. They are not only good, they are $$$$ reasonable. Thanks, Pegasus, for easing my tech dread.
