Pleasant staff. Countertop and the (1) guest bathroom could use attention but wasn't in poor condition enough to prevent me from returning. My friends ordered various coffee drinks and were pleased with them.

Good service my favorite is still starbucks

I’ve only had Peets a handful of times and I’ve never been impressed but today changed my outlook! I got an iced black tie and it was great, perfect amount of sweet but I could still taste my coffee. This is definitely my favorite location now!
