I visit this Pete’s coffee quite frequently. I was going to Starbucks but I discovered I like the coffee at Pete’s better. The app is reasonably easy to use once you figure it out and you can tip the barista‘s easily compared to Starbucks. The employees are really nice. Once I was in a hurry and I scheduled the wrong time to pick up my coffee and some snacks and when I went in they went ahead and rushed it anyway so I can get to my appointment on time. I went back later and even before I could tell them they said last time you were here or you forgot your pumpkin bread and we were hoping you would come back to get it. It’s also across the street from Whole Foods which is next to HomeGoods target is the same shopping center and right across the street is the San Ramon city center. They have a little patio on the side. It gets a little noisy with the traffic but if you want to sit outside it’s available.
Another really good Peets. Parking isn't bad (stay away from the first two rows next to the coffee shop!), and the service, seating, and environment are all first rate. Plus, great Peet muffins and snacks are second to none.
Update: regrettably they now often forget orders and leave you hanging for 20 minutes or more. It takes a lot to flag down the heads-down baristas to get them to make your forgotten drink...
The coffee was great and almond croissants are delicious!
When in Bay area, Pete’s coffee is must.
One person has horrific customer service, which ruins it when the other staff are trying so hard. Won't go back.
I'll start off by saying, I love Peet's Coffee as a chain. Their cold brew is my favorite, and if I have a choice of where to get coffee, it will be here.
That being said, there is something wrong with this location. I don't know if it's poor management, short-staffing, poor training, or a combination of all of them, but my order is wrong here nearly every time. Twice, I have ordered a black drip coffee, and the coffee was so light that I could see to the bottom of the cup. The first time, I was fortunate enough to catch it before I left. The second time, I was in a rush and didn't notice until I was already driving. I had to stop in Castro Valley, where the barista happily replaced my coffee and showed her co-worker how bad it was.
I am not the only one who has had these issues. My wife once ordered a cold brew with two pumps of their peppermint syrup. She was given a watery cold brew with no peppermint. When my wife asked for a new drink that matched her order, she was given a cold brew with one pump of peppermint syrup but no ice. She handed the drink back and asked for another pump of extra syrup, which was provided. She handed back the drink a third time and asked for ice, at which point the barista visibly rolled her eyes. I understand the frustration of having a drink returned three times, however, if it was made right the first time it would not have been sent back.
Other order mishaps have been pouring the wrong drip coffee (Major Dickason blend instead of the Holiday blend), giving a Bacon Frittata instead of a Bacon Brioche, and overall poor customer service.
The purpose of this review is not to be angry. I simply want Peet's to know of these issues at this chain in order for them to be resolved. I hope in the near future I can change this review. In the meantime, I will be driving to the Crow Canyon location.
One of the best of Peet’s places!
It tastes even better than it looks :)
Stopped by here in the morning, during lunch time, afternoon - coffee is always great! Kudos to baristas at this location!!!
Nothing really wrong, just a pretty average chain coffee shop experience. They were a tad short handed, but that's not on the employees. Biggest issue is that they're more set up for mobile orders and not ordering in person as much anymore.
The good thing about starbucks is that they care to do the drink the way you like it, no matter which branch you visit. And i especially love their scone, which is evenly hard both outside and inside just the right way, I did not find any similar
Brought my son and 5 of his friends here for his birthday. The kids had a blast. The person who checked us in and go the kids sensors on was awesome. Sania who helped them with their VR headsets and then during the game was also great. The kids enjoy
Love this park. Has activities such as toddler park, basket ball, picnic area on the side and green area in the center with running track around it. Beautiful views.
In-N-Out is a legendary fast food eatery found out West. The menu is simple. Burgers, fries, shakes or other drinks. Food is great. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Service is fast. Restrooms are clean. Prices are very reasonable. Recommended fo
This is a nice park but I'm here to review the walking trails around this park that flow around the dried up river bed. This is a very peaceful place to walk or bike surrounded by nature. There are many cool bridges that criss cross the river bed and
Such a gem located at a very prime location in San Ramon. I wonder why is it called 'Fountain' when it is clearly a 'Waterfall'. ð
Right across the main road with limited parking. Feeling the coolness of the water droplets splashing on you is a r
I like the eggwich here. Ordered Spinach and Jalapeño bagel with Eggwich & Cheese. It was pretty hot and awesome in taste. Our go-to cafe for breakfast whenever we are around this area.
Went in for the third time; they gave me a meat eggwich even t
A very good hall for your events, be it wedding, birthday celebrations or any other event. The fountain room is located inside the community center. The hall can occupy 250 people. They have sound system and a projector screen that you can use.
This is the best place to get an awesome tasty burger! It's not super fatty, it doesn't have a gamey taste and they cook to your preferred doneness level. Prices are good..fries and portion sizes are generous. They have kids options as well. Fountain
Very flavorful dishes! Some of the platters weren't huge in proportion (ravioli), but absolutely made up for it with the flavor! Once we asked for extra bread to take advantage of the sauce, it was literally perfect :)
