I cannot thank Eric at PTI Brace enough. For the past year, I have struggled with mobility due to bilateral foot drop. I took lots of tumbles, and exhausted many efforts to try to make my condition livable. After extensive physical therapy, testing, etc, I became very discouraged in my recovery. I visited PTI as a last resort, and when I picked up my custom braces, I took 3 steps and my jaw hit the floor. I felt overwhelmed with emotions as the way I was walking felt like I was doing it all on my own. They fit specifically to me, and I hardly feel them in my shoes. I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel parading around in braces, but Eric gave me my independence and my pride back in the way that I walk, and as mentioned before, I cannot thank him enough.

I had a great experience here. I was in orthopedic velcro shoes for 9 months. Finally when I was able to get real shoes Eric was very helpful. He took his time with me and I never felt rushed. He explained the whole process and today I finally got real shoes. Thank you Eric for making my day.

I most highly recommend PTI to anyone needing orthotics or bracing. I had an exceptionally good experience here with solving a severe and painful mobility problem. From the very get-go, upon meeting Eric, the orthotist, I knew I was in the right place. It was very easy to see that he is no rookie, but rather a very highly experienced technician, extremely knowledgable of anatomy and body mechanics. He was sensitive to my concerns and immediately had a handle on my issue, and using his artistry along with the latest high tech fitting system, he quickly provided me with the device I needed to solve my problem. In the past 3 years, I've gotten 2 Amazon foot braces from PTI. The experience was very positive in both cases. Eric explained the process and meticulously made the casts. The Amazon braces are pretty formidable, but from the very first, they've worn like a comfortable old pair of shoes and have made it possible for me to walk without pain. The office staff at PTI are polite and friendly. And I appreciate Eric's kindness, knowledge, and skill.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from both the office manager and from Eric Palmer. I first saw them in April 2018 for a compression boot for a work injury. Speaking with the office manager (I’m sorry I forget her name) and making an appointment for my fitting was easy, quick and convenient. Eric did a great job fitting me with my boot and helping me adjust to it. Fast forward to January 2019, not expecting to be in this boot so long, I went back to see Eric and seek help for my very well worn insert of my boot. He came up with a plan for me and fixed my insert up perfectly. He was pleasant, courteous and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them and would encourage anyone in need of specialized footwear or like myself a compression boot to see Eric before going anywhere else.
