Lorenzo runs a great bike shop! His commitment to customer service is seriously one of the best I've come across. I had a warranty issue with my bike and Lorenzo took care of it quickly and painlessly. Buy a bike from Lorenzo - you won't regret it!

Total 5 stars!! I came to the store to get more information on Electric Bikes, and whether or not I should buy one. The owner, Alan, spent more than 1 hour explaining the "ins and outs" of E-Bike use and ownership. I was offered an excellent deal on a used 2023 bike and could not be happier with the purchase. More importantly, the personal one on one attention received from Alan, and Lorenzo, was top notch. I highly recommend this store for customer service and selection.

We have had our Pedego bikes over 7 years. Pedego is still in business when many electric bike companies have gone out of business or are about too. Pedego has retail stores stores and service centers across the country so never an issue in maintaining your bike or buying accessories. Also have been told Pedego batteries are one of the very few that are UL certified letting us know they are safe. Highly recommend Pedego bikes and to visit our local Pedego store in Rancho Santa Margarita. Ask for Allan or Lorenzo.

Wanted to get my first ebike, but I didn't really know where to start, and I didn't want to get ripped off. I went in to Pedego RSM knowing absolutely nothing and the owner, Allan, was incredibly helpful. Not only did he help me narrow down the styles of bikes that suited what I wanted, which was a bike that could easily be used on trails and such, while also still being decent for street riding and such, he provided me with some incredible knowledge about ebikes in general. I got to test ride a couple bikes from this store as well and both provided very good experiences. I went to two other ebike stores in the same day and neither of them provided nearly the same experience that Allan and Pedego RSM provided. I ended up coming back a few hours later to purchase an Element Platinum and a few accessories to go with it, i.e. the extended range battery, a lock, a mount for my phone, and a helmet. All of which were readily available for purchase. Allan took the time to sit down with me and do a detailed "orientation" with the bike so I'd know it inside and out. Definitely an amazing all-around experience for purchasing my first ebike. It's reassuring to know that I have a physical store I can take it to for questions, service, and any repairs that may be needed in the future. Thank you guys so much!

Ok. I purchased my bike September 2022. Lorenzo was a fabulous sales rep. Knowledgeable l, patient, kind, and professional. Today, I returned because I had a faulty tube-stem. The owner, Allen was awesome. He so helpful and I was able to go for a mental health ride (so badly needed) this afternoon. Thank you Pedego RSM for great customer service. Sly

We have a blast with our new Pedego bikes. Easy to ride, comfortable and so much fun. The crew at the RSM store, Lorenzo, George and Allan have been friendly, helpful and have assisted us every step of the way. 2 bikes and a Kuat bike rake later, our summer has been adventurous such a good time. We did our research before buying, and definitely found the right place!

Allan, Is a very friendly guy… who helped me with all my bike needs. I would like to say that it is worth the money for the Pedego brand because if you have a problem he will fix it . The other brand I had I couldn’t find anyone to help adjust and do tune ups for me. It’s so nice to have my bike work like a dream. Thanks
