I stayed here in my RV for 4 months. The park is clean, quite and very secure. The surrounding community is very safe. Dinning and grocery shopping is close and convenient.
All of the staff are super nice and very helpful. The pool is very well kept and clean. The property managers and owners are always making improvements to the grounds and facilities to help keep things nice for the residence. They also have great communications with the residence for upcoming events and any maintenance related actions taking place within the park. I would recommend this RV resort to anyone that is just passing through or needs to stay for an extended period. 5 Stars to the staff and the hard work they put into this location....
Donna the manager is a very hard worker and willing to help in any situation. She ensures that the park is maintained and looking beautiful at all times. In addition, Amaris who works in the front office is so sweet and friendly. This is a pleasant place to live, very quiet and peaceful.
I just moved out after 4 years. It used to be beautiful, peaceful, family oriented and clean. Sun communities took over and we had high hopes that it would be even better!! NO! They hired a drunk, unprofessional, inexperienced, vindictive woman as a manager and it’s really taking its toll on this once amazing community. The restrooms and laundry is always dirty, there is no more sanitary standards there. They ran off the one landscaping company that was there since I lived there and now can’t find anyone to come out and maintain the grounds on a regular basis so mosquitos are terrible and my dogs could barely walk through the weeds to use the bathroom also leading to more residents not picking up their dog poop bc they can’t find it in the tall weeds. Trash pickup used to be done in early hours now it sits out along road till late morning/early afternoon. The pool has so many rules it almost makes it uncomfortable to to. Donna harasses people with long hair and won’t let them in the pool unless it’s pulled up unless it’s one of her drinking buddies. She plays favorites and all the current, long term residents see it now and are unhappy. The septic field constantly leaks causing green slime in the road where kids play and people walk. A resident recently slipped in it and banged her head badly on the curb, how’s that wasn’t a lawsuit is beyond me. It’s sad to see this place go downhill, it used to have a wait list to get in but now the couple parks down the street do and Pearwood has a lot of vacancy .
I've stayed here a couple times. It's a great stop! Priced for what they offer and it's fair. Pet friendly with dog runs and poop bag boxes make it so nice for the dog owners. Paved, leval, well maintained.... pool, showers, laundry.... awesome.
And that's only the half of it. When you add in the staff, it's over the top.
Staying here in between houses. Will have stayed here about 2 months by the time we leave. We are absolutely enjoying our time here. Mostly full time here, so quiet and kept up so nice. My little girl enjoys our walks around pond and stopping for some swing time. The staff here is wonderful, helpful and pleasant to talk with. Looking forward to moving into my house but I will miss this place. Wal-Mart and food just 5 minutes away.
I love this place! Super clean, super friendly. Two ponds with walking paths, welcoming office/gathering room, nice pool, lots of places to sit outside, and 3 laundry rooms! Everything is easy and convenient. Couldn’t ask for more. Oh, and rates are very reasonable!
Been here over a year. Staff are great. Park is well kept. But recently they raised rates on everything. Rent, electric and laundry. Meanwhile, the wifi gets worse and worse. If you're like I am and rely on wifi for a living, look elsewhere, or provide your own. Otherwise, great place unless they raise rates again soon. At which point, we'll look elsewhere too.
Stayed at this park for 5 months, the best thing about this place are the managers G’Nelle and Carl, they are the nicest people and were always available for anything. The park is clean and well kept, the pond and walking trail is very nice except after a big rain. The location is perfect being tucked back away from the main traffic but close to all your needs. There is a small airport across the street which bring some noise but far less compare to heavy vehicle traffic. The only complaint is cable was advertised to be installed but never arrived.
Good place to walk and jog. The trails curve around two huge ponds with trees and birds. There are no lights along the trails so it's best to visit during daylight. There is a restroom and water fountain on-site in the nature center building near the
The park has been through renovations recently and they have done wonders.
There is ample of parking, restrooms, park benches.
The park is clean and well maintained.
Caters to various activities for all age groups- kids play ground to covered / shade
Today I made a trip to First Watch. I frequent this location and always leave satisfied. The service here today was exceptionally good. Shaun took care of us and she was beyond nice! The food here is some of the best breakfast around if not THE best.
The best BBQ experience so far. And definitely I have to return to enjoy more items. Unlimited soft drinks. Ample parking and outdoor seating also available. Excellent service and very friendly staff. The pork ribs are the best for me. Child friendly
H.E.B. Where Everything's BETTER,
Welcome to where the shopping is as colossal as the Lone Star State itself! This shopping center is a Texan treasure trove, where you're more likely to get lost in the aisles than in the vast expanse of Texas.
