Our server was friendly, patient, and gracious. I ordered the jambalaya, and my two dining companions ordered the shrimp Alfredo and the Southern fried chicken with mashed potatoes and collard greens. Meals were served with a bread basket of jalapeño cornbread, French bread, and whipped butter placed on the table. We all agreed that the jalapeño cornbread was unexpectedly delicious. Each of us thoroughly enjoyed the appearance, portion size, and taste of our food. Although our server made a point of warning that the jambalaya was spicy, I thought it was perfect. The coffee served was bold and brewed just the way I like it. I would have preferred a small carafe of fresh half & half to add to my coffee instead of the tiny, shelf stable, and over packaged offering. I look forward to returning.
MAKE A RESERVATION!! We had a 7:30 reservation and it was Super long wait for everyone with an appointment but only about 30 minutes for us so we got in at 8 BUT TOTALLY WORTH IT!Our waitress was definitely overwhelmed with customers but she did absolutely amazing. And it isn’t all that expensive! The bread basket was yummy, and The food was AMAZING and so were the drinks! For starters the crawfish cakes were mouthwatering delicious heaven as well as the Bayou alligator! Do your favor and GET THE HUSH PUPPYS!!! For my meal I got the shrimp and grits and it was SO DELICIOUS OH MY GOODNESS!! I also got a cherry margarita, and I swear it is the best drink I have had my entire life! The hurricane is just a basic drink. But DEFINITELY GOOO!! I will recommend this to absolutely everyone that will listen!
What a hidden gem!!! Pearls New Orleans Kitchen is a fantastic place tucked away in Elk Rapids MI. From the moment we arrived for our reservation the staff was great 😊. We had wonderful time and our dining experience was 5 stars 🌟 from start to finish. We started with appetizers; Fried Green Tomatoes and Deep fried Shrimp 🍤. Absolutely delicious 👏. I had the Crawfish Etouffee with a side of deep fried okra, it took me back to New Orleans in a heartbeat. It was amazing!!!!! My wife had the fried chicken and she loved it. After all that we indulged in the Beignets, so good 😊. The portions are huge so bring a good appetite, we took so much home, but that’s ok. Prices are good 👍 and have a Bloody Mary there awesome 😎 one last thing, the bread basket, delicious 🤤
Went here looking for authentic Louisiana cooking, and we were not disappointed. I started with the gumbo, and my wife started with the crawfish chowder. Both were fantastic with just the right amount of heat. We both had the jambalaya, which was spicy and wonderful! We ended the meal with beignet, which was also delicious. It was a great meal with a great atmosphere!
Pearl's and Legs Inn are our favorite places to eat in northern Michigan. Love the Cajun food and Mardi gras vibe here. Don't miss this iconic experience!
Will definitely be back to try the rest- tried the Fried alligator (omg the dipping sauce), fried green tomatoes, creamed spinach, crawfish cakes, shrimp jambalaya (if you don't like it very hot you can get half/half flavored rice) and beignets . ****Make reservations ahead of time- it was packed on a Tues night*** very good service, great atmosphere and unique menu!
Bailey was a FABULOUS server. The food was pricey but well worth it. My only negative was the wait. The New Orleans smell made you hungry immediately after entering. The atmosphere was suitable for all ways dressed.
Great place for great food!! crayfish cakes were very good! I had the catfish po boy, excellent from the inside out! Love the bun it was on and I'm not a bread person...my friend had a shrimp po boy, big ol shrimp ...I'll definitely be back for more!! Cool decorations to look at as well

Ethanology is always a great spot to grab a cocktail. Their menu is always really creative and they source local ingredients to make their drinks and spirits. The bartender today gave us two tastings of their gin and barrel aged gin after chatting ab
Lovely area to visit, walk on the trails, through the wooded area, look at the unique art all around. Nice beach area with few people. Slide and swings for kids (or adults) and picnic benches. Nice, off the beaten path park.
I have used ERAH for several years. They have provided care for several of my pets. Excellent care and service at a fair price. I wish my personal health care was this good.
We just had the best homemade focaccia bread club sandwich and the outstanding mouthwatering Monte Cristo ! My husband and I split these and still couldnât eat it all . Absolutely amazing experience! We will be back â¤ï¸
We stayed here for four days during a family reunion. They have a large area for RVs with a large number of seasonal campers that leave their RVs there. Very quiet and friendly for kids. Almost like a neighborhood. There are a number of sites that ar
How have we missed this place? So glad we stopped in to try Chang Express. The server was nice and did such a great job explaining the sauces and dishes. We ordered one dish and told her to surprise us with one of her favorites. Both dishes were abs
