Absolutely amazing hidden gem. Celebrated birthdays and anniversary. If relaxing from the stress of daily life is what you want, this is the place to go. Steps to the private beach, gorgeous sunsets, friendly staff, couldn't ask for more. Great restaurants a short drive away, lots of things to do.
The Peral Inn was EXCELLENT! Great views. We stayed 10 days. Three of those days we were the only ones on the beach. Very private. Some days we walked the beach to our left and right; we were the only ones, two miles round trip. Of course I have to mention the fossilized sharp teeth we found on the beach during our hikes. They were one million years old. You will love this place! We will be back...
Excellent stay at a hidden gem. Staff were friendly and the place had everything needed for a great stay at the beach. Our room had a balcony overlooking ocean and it was well equipped. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, tools for kids to play in sand. The staff gave great suggestions for dinner options and local attractions. The best attraction was the private beach which even on a busy weekend was empty.
At the Pearl Beach Inn we were able to sit on the beach, swim in the gulf, and never be more than 100 feet from our room. The beach in front of the hotel was super quiet and relaxing. The property is well maintained by a friendly and attentive staff. Our room was super clean and had everything we needed for a successful beach trip.
When we were not relaxing on the beach, we found the island taxi service easy, convenient and affordable to go to the restaurants and bars at the far end of the island. We also took in a few Atlanta Braves games as their spring training facility is only a 25-minute drive.
We will be back soon!
Our second time. Still a great, quiet place for some away time.
Beach still empty. We made a reservation for next year.. But, we'll make some last minute, 2-night reservations for spontaneous get aways. The staff is very helpful and pleasant.
Great, quiet place right on the empty beach (in May). Very clean. Staff friendly and very helpful. Go for the peaceful beach. Plenty of deck space. Rooms with full ocean view. We have another reservation to go back in June.
We love this place! This is our anniversary/vacation second time visiting, we plan to come back every year going forward. Very clean rooms, very nice staff, great spot on the beach! Highly recommend!
My family loved our stay in the Atlantis room. The staff was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure that we had what we needed. The suite was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen as a convenient place to make breakfast and lunch and enjoyed the wide variety of nearby restaurants for dinner. My husband and I enjoyed the outside sitting area where we could listen to the ocean waves and look at the stars. My kids loved hunting sharks teeth and pretty shells on the beach. It felt secluded and quiet with only a few people out each day. Before leaving for home, we booked the same room for Spring Break again next year. Our week at the Pearl Beach Inn was a lovely experience that we can’t wait to repeat.
Great location, secluded beach, views from the room. Gorgeous flowers and plants surrounding the place as well as turtles and iguanas! Awesome for kids. 13 rooms, beach supplies for everyone, chairs for everyone to take on the beach as well as beach towels and an out door shower.
My husband and I stopped by during a trip for our 5th wedding anniversary in October and it was one of the highlights of our trip! John (the owner) is a fantastic and gracious host! He's incredibly knowledgeable about wine and a wonderful and enterta
Nice park with many hiking options. Plenty of parking and a lot of benches. Bathrooms, kayak launch, and amphitheater . Nice walkways some even paved. Dog friendly but be aware of cacti. Nice bay views.
Nice fishing pier. Free to go free to talk on and free to fish on. There is a bait shop right across the street. Caught some catfish and of course the big ones got away. Weather happened to be great too which was a plus. It says it's open until 9 but
