Andrew and Zach did an excellent job with the installation of my new unit. Left my house in a clean condition when complete. Completed the job faster than anticipated. They also walked me through everything with the new unit.

Peaden Pro, Cameron Harp was so professional and very informative. He’s knowledgeable of what he’s saying. We appreciate him for answering all our questions and even taking his time to listen to us and explain stuff. Highly recommended! We have been with Peaden Air for a year this Sept 7, 2024 and it’s worth it. We are enrolled on their Smart Care Plan and it’s the best thing ,when it’s emergency they always prioritized us or they will try their best to come over to help us with our air conditioning. All of the agent you talk to over the phone are very professional too and compassionate. All the Peaden Pro that came over in our house this whole year were all genuinely helpful and professional which is so important to us. Thank you so much!

Great experience with Peaden as usual. Shawn, our tech, greeted me with “Great to be back, it’s been a while”. He was here to install a new smart thermostat that we had ordered from Amazon due to Consumer Reports high rating. He was very familiar with the units, installed them, connected them to our WI-FI and then walked us through how to use them. It doesn’t get any better th n that.

From meeting with my sales man to the crew showing up this morning to do my install has been one of the smoothest things I have ever purchased. The install crew was on time, Cheyenne and his coworker were very professional, informative. Very clean work. I will recommend Peadon to anyone who ask. The sales package was the best out of four companies. Most informative. I never had to ask any questions. The sales info had all I needed. The other three companies were third world compared to Peadons. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Zachary Bell with Peaden fixed the switch under the unit that got a little bit of moisture from humidity on it and tripped. He replaced the switch and adjusted its location so it’s not going to false trip again. Awesome guy. He fast and much appreciated! Jeremy Courtney replaced the water heater. He removed the old 25 year old water heater and installed the new one . He was fast, professional and cleaned the area up. Very impressive. Highly recommend.

This has been the first company in a long time that has phenomenal customer service. They got us on the schedule within a week, ordered the part we needed, and had us up and running within two weeks total. I was pretty impressed with the quick turn around for that part. Throughout my entire experience they communicated very well through phone, text, and even email. They certainly won my future business.

We had lost power in some of our house due to a circuit issue and Tim came out to take a look at it and fix it. He was very nice, took the time to answer my questions and let me know everything that was going on! If we would’ve let this issue go for a couple days we would’ve had even bigger issues. I’m really grateful for Tim and the whole team at Peaden!! Everything was so quick and easy!! I highly HIGHLY recommend Tim and Peaden!!!

You know that peace of mind feeling when you get a brand new AC installed from a company that claims to have “professionals you can trust”? That feeling that you can come home and know that your AC will be working fine after you drop $17k on a complete install? That feeling won’t be with Peaden. I’ve had the AC installed for just over a month now, and let’s count how many times I’ve had to call them back for screw ups or the system not working. 1st call, 9 days after the install, a water stain appears on my ceiling directly under the attic unit. I climb up (couldn’t use the attic access because that was still not put back after their job) and find the drip pan full of water, leaking down to the ceiling. A tech comes out the next day and tells me the guys who did the install, didn’t install a water switch. Lovely! Excellent work from “professionals you can trust”. He vacuumed out the standing water and put another work order in. The next day, a tech comes out to install the missing wet switch. 2nd call, 3 weeks after the install, the carpenter guy finally comes by to reinstall the attic access they removed for the install day. Mind you, for three weeks I had the attic access ladder in my dining room and a foam insulation board plugging my attic. He also paints over the popcorn ceiling where the water damage was. Doesn’t scrape it off and re-texture it, just paints over it. That same day, the AC turns off! Don’t know why at first, but the carpenter guy comes back, and resets the wet switch. It turned the system off because I guess it got slightly wet. Idk, I wasn’t able to access my attic for three weeks so I can see anything up there. They send another tech the next day to see why it was doing that, no answer except for “possibly condensation”. This tech then tells us “the install guys left it a mess up there, we’re going to send another guy out to clean up”. So fantastic! Another visit because the first visit couldn’t do it correctly! 3rd call, 4 and a half weeks after install, the thermostat keeps alarming out with a random unknown error code. I’m told “silence the alarms, and we’ll send a tech out tomorrow” Now it’s the day after the error code day, still no tech, I come back from the store and guess what?? The AC is off! I climb up there and reset the water switch, and it turns back on. The water switch isn’t wet, there’s no standing water in the drip pan, but the AC was not running for who knows how long. I’m royally pissed off at this company, and feel stupid for doing business with them. I dropped enough money to buy a car with them, and have had nothing but problems from the beginning. They claim “satisfaction guaranteed” but I haven’t been satisfied with anything yet.
