Peach Tree Inn - Motel in San Luis Obispo - 2001 Monterey St, USA

I first came across Peach Tree Inn about 3 yrs ago. I originally made a reservation off Hotels .com for a hotel near by. After seeing the room, there was no way we could stay there. It was horrible. It was getting late and we drove by the Peach Tree Inn and they were so kind and friendly. It was a great experience. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, great continental breakfast and all around friendly. We now stay there every time we come through!

Great location.... Easy in easy out.... We had a U-Haul trailer and they accommodated us..... The place looked like the photos but more aged in real life....... Very clean property..... They had a nice Continental breakfast with fresh fruit like watermelon.... cantaloupe....fresh oatmeal with all kinds of toppings, hard boiled eggs... different breads and but butters.......juices and pastries that were all fresh not packaged...good coffee with half n half and other flavored creamers....... Super sweet staff.....we had a double bed room...the beds were super hard... I didn't like that.... A foam topper would've been nice so I dug mine out of my U-Haul and used it......We were there for 2 nights.....small room but it stayed warmer that way. No microwave in the room but one in the office lobby area...... There's a small ice machine in there too which they ask to not use for a big ice chest.....not walkable but very close to shops and restaurants by car ...only like 10 minutes.....we are at the Firestone Grill and they gave so much in a serving i was amazed and all the food looks just like the online photos.,... Killer onion rings.

I read a lot of reviews before picking Peach Tree - and I was not disappointed. It's cheap- so if you want to stay for under $100 out the door a night, this is your best deal. Yes, the rooms are tiny and basic- but they are clean, have been updated, beds are comfy and they still squeeze in a microwave and fridge AND a decent little breakfast included with oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, toast, fruit and coffee. I loved that it's right off the freeway and I could pull up to within 6 feet of our door! The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. If you want/need more than that, just expect to pay more. For the price, you won't beat it.

For a small mom and pop motel, this place is top shelf! It’s what a family run motel is supposed to be. Caring staff, clean and comfortable rooms, tasty free breakfast and quiet safe location. Plus a great tree swing in the middle of the parking lot! Our room backed up to the creek and it was such a relaxing experience to sit on the deck and listen to the water flow. This place was great!

This is a smaller motel in downtown San Luis Obispo. This is an older motel but is very clean and very well maintained. The grounds are well kept and very pretty. Our room was toward the back of the property and was a bit small but very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast room was large and cozy. It felt like you were visiting someone’s home! The motel advertises a continental breakfast but this was more than that. From steel cut oatmeal, toast, hard boiled eggs, yogurt and fruit, there were many great options. I felt like a lot of thought and care were put into the decor and presentation of the food. I would highly recommend this motel to guests for a budget motel, you get a lot of bang for your buck!

For the price this place is amazing. We escaped an unfortunate Airbnb situation and landed here. They had room and staff was so nice! Clean and comfortable and back rooms are very quiet and have a nice patio. Great location! And one of the most affordable options in SLO!

I really love this place. The prices are very competitive; it's clean; there is a comfortable common area which is pleasant to hang out in if you don't want to stay in your room; there are places to sit outside; it's unpretentious and relaxed.

Nice older hotel, well maintained, lots of character, right next door to apple farm but without the apple farm prices. You can park right in front of your room. I’ve stayed here a few times. The queen rooms are a bit small, the king size rooms are big enough and the creek side rooms are very large but cost much more.
