I love Peach Lab! Peach Lab is truly non-judgmental and is a super encouraging environment, especially for someone like me who is new to the gym scene and starting my fitness journey. I love how the instructors make personal relationships with each and every client, are familiar with everyone’s strength and abilities, and really look for everyone’s success. The workouts are challenging in a way that encourages growth and are super fun. I always leave Peach Lab feeling proud and I can’t wait to attend more classes into 2023!

There's more to working out then posting on Instagram and toning your booty.....I feel like the workouts were OK but I was looking for more of a serious strength training program. Also it is Very expensive ! I did the free trial week but wouldn't pay that much for the classes that are filled with 25+ people.....

If you're looking for a non-intimidating gym, fun classes that REALLY make you sweat, and an amazing community- look no further! I have been going to Peach Lab for a little over a month and have absolutely loved it. I am someone who gets bored with workout classes in the past and have tried many that did not feel challenging but it is the opposite here! Rachel, Kayla, Sam and all the other instructors constantly challenge you and keep the workouts different and fun!! Seriously life-changing. <3

I found Peach Lab after COVID, I was looking for gym since I was so done with workout at home. I felt welcomed from my first class there and after almost 200 classes later, I still feel just as welcomed. Kaila and Rachel do a great job of keeping the workouts interesting, high energy, and motivating. They really know when to encourage you to bump up your weight and push you to go further. The MAIN reason I keep coming back to Peach is the mostly female members and all female staff. I feel 100% comfortable to push heavy weight, wear whatever I want, and never feel like I am being judged. All the woman that workout here are supportive, kind, and encouraging. It is so nice to see the women around me growing in their fitness journey and becoming stronger. Peach Lab is the BEST!

My first peach lab workout was nothing short of amazing… It’s Valentine’s Day and I’m invited to the partners workout with a good friend of mine. To be honest, I was pretty unfazed leading up to it and hadn’t given it much thought the week prior. But I really should have mentally prepared myself. So Sunday morning rolls around and I Johnny Bravo my way into a rainbow room of sports bras and matching bike shorts performing jumping jacks. I set my bag down and hustle into the circle where my friend and I laugh at each other as I asked her what on earth she had gotten me into. We finish the warmup and I can tell things are starting to get a little more intense. We’re split into groups and my group immediately started the HIIT workout focusing on glutes (not my strong suit)… All of the sudden I’m dripping sweat on my second set of banded hip abductions. I dug deep and was able to make it to the next transition period where I grabbed a much needed sweat towel and cherished every second before our lateral box jumps. Just when I thought I couldn’t go any longer on the stair stepper, I heard the final count from 10 and I was instantly relieved. As I walked out of the gym, I tucked my tail between my legs and was just grateful to have made it through alive. In short, amazing workout - would recommend to anyone looking to get after it.

Peach Lab is amazing! The space, the workouts, the coaches -- everything is great! I had been feeling like I was in a rut with my workout routine and Peach Lab changed everything for me. The variety of classes are challenging and fun. The coaches are incredibly helpful and motivating -- they meet you where you are but challenge you at the same time. Safe to say I am no longer in a rut and have loved every second at Peach Lab. 1000% recommend.

I am SO grateful I found Peach Lab this year! After recovering from knee surgery I needed to start lifting heavy again and I knew I needed a gym where I would be pushed while also making sure my form is good. The coaches really get to know you as an individual and know how to push you and help you get stronger. Also, everyone I've met is so nice and encouraging! Such an amazing gym!

Peach Lab is my favorite place in the entire world. I’ve been coming here consistently for a year and am so obsessed! Today is actually my 200th class!! The instructors Kaila and Rachel are AMAZING and I love them so much. The workouts are so great and i love how comfortable i feel at this gym. It is such an empowering and supportive community and i HIGHLY recommend trying a class here!
