I found this place when I Googled brunch restaurants in the area, and I'm so glad I did! The staff were super nice, personable, and engaging with great conversations. The food (Roasted & Grilled Shrooms on Pita) and cocktail (Decatur Lemonade) I ordered were FANTASTIC. I also had a group leaving tell me that the burger was exceptional. I definitely highly recommend this place!
This place feels like home and taste like Michelin. Every meal is out of this world delicious and the servings are generous. The staff are attentive and kind without being overbearing. All around an excellent vibe and one of our go to spots.
Great dinner at a local restaurant. Well worth the drive to this homey, layback, restaurant with s rustic feel. The limited menu with daily specials is unique and delicious. Starters sandwiches are $10-20 and main entrees $20-30. We started with shroom pita, and had spotted snapper special and loaded potato for our mains and finish with pecan bread pudding. Local beers and house wine rounded out our dinner. We came before the dinner rush and the service was personal and exceptional. We even had a chance to talk to the owner/chef who thanked us for having dinner with them. Tables surround the central located bar and dog friendly outdoor seating. A couple of TVs are located in the restaurant for sports fans.
Finally went to check this place out. It was around 2pm so very few people. Clean restaurant, quick service. Good food, decent size portions. Had smoked chicken melt. Chicken was good. Bread was great. Didn't like the Cole slaw. Kinda expensive at $18 all in. But not outrageous.
If you want to take a break from the Decatur restaurant circuit, head over to this unassuming spot on Lawrenceville Highway. So I forgot to take pics before we ate but the new owners have maintained the quality of the food here and we totally devoured our red butter lettuce salad and the smoked chicken sandwich. I talked them into a side of the cheddar grits and they DID NOT Disappoint!
I've been meaning to try this place forever, and I pulled into to parking lot to do a U-turn, realized where I was and stopped in to get some dinner to go. It was exceptional. Service was fast and friendly. The interior is cozy and the food was delicious. I had the crab cake salad and a side of mac and cheese, and I got the steak special for my husband. Definitely going back for a full sit-down dining experience.
Cute place. Sat on the patio for lunch and had excellent service. Food was quick and very delicious. One of the best places I've had mussels in town. The onion dip was yummy.
I have not been back to this place since the new owner Aaron has taken over. We had such a phenomenal meal that it left me speechless. The southern fried chicken and short ribs were just incredible. Harry happened to be the only server on the floor tonight and did a bang up job. The two hostesses were friendly and seemed very helpful. Kitchen staff must know what they are doing, so good! The prices are fair, the staff is very accommodating and the food is extremely high-quality. We can’t wait to come back and try more things.
