This was our first time at the PDQ Raleigh & quite frankly the last!! The place was clean and the staff was nice. We ordered a butter chicken, original chicken with special sauce on the side, zucchini fries (extra 2.99), waffle fries, and lemonade. The chicken was freshly prepared, but lacked seasoning. I only ate half and my sister ate even less. The special sauce gave the sandwich some flavor and tasted good at first. The waffle fries were hard as rocks and the zucchini fries were seasoned well but were greasy and the breading fell off. The few good things became over shadowed by the worst thing, my sister and I both had stomach issues within 20 minutes of biting into our PDQ sandwiches. Shameful that other people didn’t review this place honestly!!!
Clean environment, decent chicken , nice staff, don’t like the chicken nuggets there. The chicken sandwich is better
We came here for dinner tonight. The wait was over 20 min for fast food take out... But the reason for my low review is the staff... We had to wait in our car for them to make some of the food (ok, that happens no problem)... They told me where to park... After about 7 minutes an employee runs out to our car and shoves a bag into our car while saying something we couldn't quite make out... We said thank you, and then realized it wasn't our order. When my son went back in the restaurant he could hear the employee who gave us the bag talking about us. Really terrible customer service. Also, one of the sandwiches they gave us was so covered in sauce we had to drain it over the sink... There were two extra fries in the bag so there's that.
Went in for some milkshakes, paid for them, waited 15min just to find out the machine was out. I Appreciate the nice lady who refunded me. It wasn’t her fault but management needs to make sure equipment is turned on and working before selling milkshakes.
What a gem. My son and I love it here. Food doesn't taste like fast food, it is always fresh and delicious. Manager is super friendly. When my son spilled his drink she made us feel better and got him a new one.
First time trying PDQ and ordered the traditional tenders and fries. I felt like I was massively jipped on the fries. I hadn't eaten one fry before taking that picture and as you can see there are barely any in there. On top of that, they weren't close to being fresh. They weren't bad by any means, I just barely got any and they were cold. The tenders were good though and probably saved this review from being lower.
Oh wow this place is amazing I have been meaning to try it for some time now and finally made it. First impression clean looking and very friendly staff. They have a very large screen with the menu on it for easy viewing. My food literally came out in two minutes after I ordered I got a shake as well that came a few mins after Chick-fil-A isn't even that fast. The food itself was very delicious hot and fresh and the sauce was even good tasted housemade. The shake was really good very thick plenty of Oreo pieces and the ice cream was real ice cream. Definitely coming back to this place soon wish they had more locations.
PLEASE stop serving food that’s not fresh. The last 3 times we came here through the drive thru the chicken tenders and fries were not hot at all. They had to have been sitting out for a while because they weren’t even the slightest bit warm. I can’t see paying THAT much money for food that’s not fresh. It happens every time my fiancé comes here too. Please do better, PDQ.

We previously lived in Raleigh, and this is my son's favorite restaurant. So, we had to return for lunch! For starters, we enjoyed a Southern staple, pimento cheese. Then we each chose a mix of dishes for lunch: eggs benedict, fried chicken and fries
This is the nicest looking Popeyes I have ever been to. The young lady at the register on 1/22/24 was so sweet and welcoming. It's so clean, I thought it was a brand new Popeyes!! Fast service
This will be my go-to box when I come back to Raleigh. The second I walked in the coach was very welcoming, and everyone made me feel like I was hanging out with friends at my box in Washington. On top of how at home I felt, the layout was perfect al
My partner and I stopped in to try the coffee and a slice of cake while we did some work. Both the coffee and the cake were good. I always get a plain latte my first time at a new coffee shop to figure out if Iâm going to like it and Munch It defin
Yum! I got the cold brew and it was rich and robust and creamy without the need for milk or creamer to be added! I also nabbed the last croissant for the day and it has a lovely texture and flavor. Service was polite and the place felt clean. I enjo
