PDQ Chicken - Chicken restaurant in Brandon - 134 S Gornto Lake Rd, USA

Man, they were really nice but the service has no impact on the price I paid for the food. My chkn was burnt and dry, my bread was dark burnt and soggy somehow. (think it was soggy cus of the butter. I got the honey butter) and man 2 pickles. Two pickles and nothing else but chkn and bread.. how is that worth +$11 and change ... That's so sad honestly. I'm beyond unimpressed

The most hospitable service we have had from a fast food restaurant. Jamie and his team were incredibly friendly and he went out of his way to make sure everyone in the restaurant was happy and enjoying everything. We will definitely return just for the great service.

This place is very disappointing. I’d strongly prefer Chick Fil A over this. The only upside to this is the decor: it’s unique, and clean. The service is friendly. However, they didn’t get the sauce I asked for on the first try. The food is decent at best. The sauce on the chicken sandwich is spicy, but it becomes an issue if you don’t order it spicy. The tenders and fries were just okay. The Mac and cheese was not fresh at all; and it tasted bad as well. Overall, I don’t recommend PDQ.

Good quality fast food spot. Helpful service with my questions. Sauces are where it's at. If on the go I dont suggest it because you'll make a mess eating in your car 🤭

Prefer this to Chick Fil A. Their waffle fries are always fresh and crispy. The sauces pair really well with the tenders. The service is quick staff pleasant and friendly. The restaurant is clean comfortable. There's also outside seating. This is our family new go to place.

I eat here often. No real complaints. Food is pretty constant with every so often being sub par, usually clean and staff is average in friendliness but never rude.

This review is for customer service excellence. If you are like me and have to get fast food and use a drive trough not because you are lazy but because you are busy. You have experienced many bad customer service. At this point I’m used to angry faces people rushing or talking to there work mates instead of paying you any mind. Well not at this Pdq Daniel the order taker had a smile on his face he made recommendations and even asked me how I was doing !!! Yes someone cares! Great customer service skills Daniel. More people should be like him. I will come back to this PDQ thanks to you and your team that made sure my food was fresh and well expedited. Did you know PDQ has strawberry Lemonade with actual strawberries in it? Yea me neither until Daniel told me. It’s delicious 🙂 So go get you one ☝️ and say hi to Young Daniel .

We love this place. Chicken is great, sauces are the best and milkshakes too. Service is always friendly and as prompt as possible making hot/fresh food
