We need more places like this. The employees are knowledgeable and nice to talk to. Their service and product prices are more than reasonable. They are honest and give you all the details you need without overwhelming you at all. If they don't have what you need, they will do everything in their power to help you get it. I was very impressed by the experience. If you are an enthusiastic computer builder or just want to know or get a basic system visit with them. They stand by their products and services, something that is more than welcome this day where customer services and quality are not a priority. I definitely recommend you to visit with them. You will not see attractive displays and shining LED displays everywhere in the store. However, you will be helped and left satisfy of the treatment you receive from them.

Very friendly staff. Rod is a man of expertise, a wealth of knowledge, and just a kind decent man. He has gone out of his way to help me every time I have gone in. From giving me great deals to giving me advice even as far as giving me parts that he very well could have charged for. It's hard to find someone that's willing to pass along what they know instead of just trying to make a buck off of you but when in doubt with your tech- call PC's & Parts and you'll get fast service and friendly folks.

This store is the best. I took my computer in on a late Friday afternoon because it wouldn't connect to WiFi thinking I would have to drop it off till next week. The owner looked at it right away and had it running within 10 minutes. The owner was so nice and honest, I'm going to let all my friends know about this store.

So my laptop wouldn't start this morning, and I brought it to PC & Parts to have them look at it. They solved the problem within minutes. I can't say enough about their great service. They also ran a diagnosis program and confirmed that my laptop just had a glitch. Great, great service.. I highly recommend them.

I've been to this store twice with different computers. They were able to find the issues quickly and for very affordable rates. I feel like this staff has integrity. I don't have a lot of hardware knowledge and feel comfortable taking my stuff there. I referred my Mom there about a month ago and they walked her through a fix for her computer and she was very happy with the service

I am so impressed with this business!!! I took my computer in for some serious work on it and they did an excellent job! It has never run so fast in the 8 years I've had it. Very knowledgeable people and good communication and know they worked hard on getting it up to par!!

I have gone to this place three times now for various issues with my PC. They are always so courteous, friendly, and professional. They do not try to up-selle on anything and have always found an easy, inexpensive "fix". Last time instead of fixing my laptop's keyboard eviction would have cost around $150 they suggested I just use a external keyboard that would cost $5. Great, except I had forgotten my wallet. They just told me to take it and bring the money another time. When I went back with money a few days later the gentleman just handed me a card and asked me to do a review instead! Here or is! Do NOT go to U-Break-I Fix! Go here instead!
