I had my custom gaming PC serviced here for corrupted windows on an ssd. Jayson and his team kept me well informed throughout the process and made it extremely feasible to drop it off and pick up when it was fixed. I went in to buy a computer as a gift. The moment I walked in everyone was helpful and friendly. As it turned out the computer I bought did not meet their needs so I exchanged it and got one that did. It was a no hassle thoroughly positive experience. Everyone here is very professional, the prices are fair, they have good warranties, and the environment is inviting. Not every computer place you go to feels that way. Great service. I was so lost until a stumbled upon PC tune-ups. Jason was very nice and helpfull.
Just bought myself a mini computer. Due to my poor eyesight the font was too small for me to see. I accidentally enlarged the font to max. Big mistake. Couldn't access my pc anymore. Brought it to pc tune it. They were friendly and very helpful. Within a few minutes they were able to fix it and set the font to a comfortable setting. I'm forever grateful.
My laptop had been dead for a few months. Brought it in & put a rush on it ($65 extra). Turns out it was a ram card gone bad. Glad it hadn't been water damage! It was done the next day. Worth every penny! Jason & Christian are fabulous!!

Jason is a miracle worker. My wife and I are elderly, and we rely on our old desktop computer for ordering groceries and many other necessities. We are very used to using our PC as it is, with its existing software. Change is very hard at our age. Then the PC suddenly died. Jason came to our home to fix it. He opened it, cleaned the inside, and almost like magic it worked again. It is still going strong, and we are very pleased. Thank you, Jason :-D
They have a great collection of parts for hobbyists. I went in to pick up some soldering wick (which they gave to me complimentary from their own supply!) to repair a mechanical keyboard. I definitely plan to come back for supplies for my other computer projects.
