Called another place before this, after explaining my issue they told me the diagnostic would be $80 and that there was a 3 day wait. I called and Bill actually listened to my problem and told me an alternative solution to my issue over the phone and it was over and done with at no charge. I understand why Bill has so many 5 star reviews.

Bill is a very knowledgeable and personable guy. He helped me get my new laptop working properly. He made sure all my outlook contacts ported over so I was up and running. He also shares insights into accessories that are available that can help get the most out of my laptop.

Bill is an awesome guy to work with. He updated the hardware on my 2014 HP laptop, which made it run a lot faster. He also helped me resolve my WIFI issues after the update. He is very responsive, reasonable in price, and timely. I love that each time I dropped off my laptop it was repaired within a week.

Bill swapped my broken laptop screen out with the new one, and replaced the plastic bezel around the outside of it. Looks brand new and works like a charm. Thank you much!

Wasn't sure where to take in my desktop computer. There was a place much closer to where I live but luckily I chose PC TECH WORX. The owner is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I am used to being told that I have to leave the computer, there will be a minimum dionostic charge, and the wait is two weeks. Not at PC TECH WORX. In my case he fixed it on the spot and his price was unbelievably low. I will be back if I have any new computer issues. Do call ahead incase he is out making client calls.

Called in with a question about my laptop not turning on and Bill resolved it right on the phone. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and got my laptop fixed right away.

Bill was able to help me when I locked myself out of my laptop and then triggered an additional linux lock out which required him to unscrew and remove the covering to get to the motherboard. He even upgraded the hard drive so that it runs faster than before. He kept me in the loop the entire time and got it completed super quickly. His prices were totally fair and he was very knowledgeable, even noting how good the laptop is and starting that he wished he had one just like it. Will definitely return if I need any further computer repairs!
