I had an unusual request where I needed formal documentation outlining the issues with a defunct scanner so I could satisfy an extended warranty claim through my credit card provider. I was able to quickly explain the situation and my needs to Karl, who promptly diagnosed the scanner and wrote a professional letter for the warranty claim. His concern for ensuring I would be reimbursed the diagnosis charge showed he cares about his customers, as it was apparent he didn't want anyone to waste their money. I went in recently to get my computer fixed and got it back within 24 hours and works way better than it ever has! Very happy with how knowledgeable the gentleman was and fast! Would recommend to anyone! He also tried to make it as cheap as possible for me and I appreciate that.

Absolutely the BEST place to take your computer to be repaired! We travel around the country and needed two laptops fixed for our kids school quickly. He figured out the issues with both, called us to go over it and had them fixed within a day. Truly appreciate the honesty and completely fair prices. Something hard to find now a days. I highly recommend working with Karl - I recently wanted to build a new gaming rig that I use for personal use, work and my college courses. The last build I had was one I did myself, however, I wanted someone with the know-how and experience in order to properly piece together my new build. Karl is more than knowledgeable, honest, responds to any concerns you have, and keeps you in the loop of how your build is going. I brought in my new parts and case, though I believe if you want to know what you should pick out, he would help find something within your spending limit. He was able to get mine finished in around 2 days, and was able to mirror my software and files from my old build to my new build! This was something I would have never been able to do myself, and saved me the trouble of re-downloading everything. On top of this, his prices are by far the most honest and competitive - he gave me the pricing before we started the build, what it would max out at, and he provided me a 30 day warranty in case anything went wrong.
