Excellent service. Highly recommend. My computer had essentially become a paperweight. I took it to Geek Squad initially-- they absolutely would not even look at it because it is a compact style computer. I saw really good reviews on Facebook for PC Tech and gave them a call. They were happy to help, said the compact computer was no issue and I dropped it off within an hour of the phone call. Three days later I have my computer back, running great! The price was very affordable and I am thoroughly pleased. My family will be using PC Tech for all of our computer services going forward.

Shawn has got to be one of the best guys in business in the area. He was super knowledgeable and fixed my problem fast and correctly the first time. I contacted a couple of other companies for help and after the typical response of trying Amazon, I called PC Tech, I'll never go anywhere else in town again. Thank you Shawn.

Mr. Sean is great I broke my PC he figured out fixed it within 24 hrs to get up by the weekend. Not only diagnosing but letting me know what to upgrade to play the games I am looking forward to on ultra settings. Great communication on all parts and work. Honest man with honest work. Fixing to have him build my new PC. Trying to find a tech or still searching....... Search no more PC TECH BABY!!!

Best service ive ever had. He fixed my computer in a short amount of time all whilst doing it cheaper than any other repair store. Even went as far as fetching me a new power supply and explaining to me how he fixed it, and plugged what where. Truly a blessing, will always refer and come here for any electronical difficulties

Wife and I brought our pcs in for completely different reasons. Shawn got us up and running. Just an excellent overall exprience. Great customer service with realistic prices. 100 percent recommended.

Some services may seem pricy, but after a few phone calls and questions around Dothan he was surprisingly on the cheaper end of what’s available locally and managed to save my data from a corrupt/failing drive that others said wouldn’t be easily retrievable. He was friendly but to the point and I’d say worth every penny spent to get my family photos and other important data back. As much as I hope I’ll never need his services again, I’m glad to know about this shop and will definitely recommend him to anyone I know who may need his services!

Its been 10 years since I had to use PC Tech but he still does the same quality work that i remember. Shawn was able to make my mom a happy woman would use him again anytime.

This week very early in the morning I drove 50 Miles To P.C. Tech of Dothan to have Sean Repair my 12 Year old ASUS Laptop it was in very bad shape. Sean has repaired my computers for many years on and off Sean does Excellent repair work. The very next afternoon Sean called me to say my laptop is fixed drove to pick it up turned it on was running like a brand new one excellent work everytime.
