I emailed this shop yesterday evening before bed and heard from them before opening. I took it down within the hour on my lunch break from work and was welcomed by the staff. Kevin and Robert were courteous. Robert called me within 2 hours of dropping it off and let me know my new gaming PC motherboard had DOA and a fan needed some soldering(probably my cat playing with it 😆). Within the same day, he had installed a new one per my request. When I came in again to pay and pick up, I was walked through what work was done and shown in the back on monitor a run through of my system. I am used to because I look quite young (in my 30s), to people treating me as if I’m young. I wasn’t talked down to at all and was treated with respect. Not only was the work done quickly, same day BUT they even ensured the cables in the back looked great which was really appreciated! I am happy to support a small business and can’t recommend enough. Thank you so much Robert and Kevin! Definitely will be coming here for any repair needs.

Very fast, friendly, and affordable. The guy who helped me knew exactly was awesome and helped get my PC fixed in a very short time. Was very happy and grateful with the quickness and efficiency, and will definitely be going back if I need anything else done in the future.

These people are excellent. Walked in today with my tower after I had attempted to diagnose myself...what with Google and what not. K asks what is going on with it and endures my broken attempts at describing the computer's power up issue. Very patient. Asks clarifying questions. Reflects my concerns and gives me an honest approximate time of service..."will get to it when we can...a bit swamped". A few hours later I get a call, much like a trusted mechanic, explaining/confirming the discussed issue and tells me I need a new PSU that they have in stock that will accommodate my GTX 3070 and other hardware. I give the ok and a little later am called back for pick up. Easy breezy! Reasonable cost and back to gaming.

After seven years, I needed to replace and upgrade my music studio computer with something faster and bigger. I conferred with Kevin and he did an amazing job of putting all my requirements together in a new build for hundreds of dollars less than I would have paid from Dell, HP, Best Buy, Costco, Staples, or any of the online "build to suit" providers. They built a beautiful machine tailored to me in less than a week and I've been thrilled with the results. Communication was frequent and on point. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Took in my desktop that was continuously blue screening. The team here was able to isolate my issue to a component in less than a day, and had parts on hand to replace and repair the issue. Both gentlemen were upfront about timelines, and took into account the troubleshooting efforts I had previously performed to help further diagnose the issue. Got my desktop back in less than 24 hours running good as new.

Great service, quick turnaround. They fixed the wiring on my gaming PC and stress tested the rig. It's running beautifully now. They also inspected my laptop and couldn't fix it so they gave me a discount on the total cost as well. I'll be back for sure. 👍

My parents gave me an old computer they didn't remember the password for. I called to see if these guys would unlock and clean install Windows for me. They gave me their prices, which were very fair, but Robert wanted to be sure the computer would even support Windows 11. It turned out to be too old, and not worth investing any more into. He saved me money and the hassle of bringing it into the shop by waiting patiently on the phone while I tinkered around in the bios for the info he needed. I hope to support their shop in the near future when I go to get a tower that *isn't* a dinosaur lol
