I am giving 5 stars because service is overall excellent and communication is clear and rapid but I would like to make some suggestions to Paul. Before going into that, I will say that my experience with Paul was very pleasant, he is positive and knowledgable and kept me in the loop with all significant developments happening with my repair. He was even kind enough to deliver the computer to my house after service was completed. Now, one of the things that I neglected to do was ask about getting a quote. I didn't inquire about his $/hour and so I was a bit surprised to see that the service alone was $350, which is a fair price for a professional job done. However, there are also the numerous parts needed for the job which added an additional $280. Again, all mostly within reason, although the price of some components did fluctuate higher than was quoted during the updates. I simply suggest that Paul emails/texts an itemized bill of services. When he was showing my bill he just entered numbers on a calculator while verbally explaining what each number was, which truthfully, I have already forgotten what some of the things I paid were for. I would say this is the only unprofessional part of an overall very well run service.

Paul was an excellent professional. He was supportive, helpful, and sincere. They should reflect the change on their address on Google, though.

Where do I even start? First of all, all the recommendations you read that are negative about Paul, those people don’t know how to appreciate. Paul is one of the most empathetic, caring and thoughtful people I have met. I explained to him the importance of getting my brothers music before his anniversary (passing away three years ago) and he dropped everything else to come through. Paul will get anything you need from him done regarding data recovery. I cannot recommended him stronger to be your person to help you get your data back, or anything else related to data storage/hardrive. Paul is simply the best.

Paul is knowledgeable, experienced, responsive, and KIND. He explains things clearly and was able to quickly diagnose the problem, order parts, and repair my laptop. Save yourself the time and energy - skip the big name tech support companies. Can't recommend him enough.

I gave Paul two laptops to fix in the last 4 months or so, and I’ve got them both back working perfectly. One was an easy fix that I had back in a week, one was a very complicated odyssey that involved searching third party marketplaces for a rare and difficult to find part, but frankly I’d recommend Paul for both experiences. Professional, timely, easy to reach for communication, and most strikingly really willing to go above and beyond to help you out if the situation calls for it.

Got my computer cleaned and Paul did a great job. Helped me with a number of other build issues without being asked. Very timely, professional, and honest. Would recommend services!

I needed help quickly. I asked for a quote online from PC Nerds and received a reply from Paul within 10-15 minutes. Shortly after that I received the call I requested and Paul walked me through scenarios I should try in case the issue could be corrected over the phone which unfortunately for me did not work. The hard drive was severely damaged. Paul gave me the quote and recommended certain parts over others. He was very knowledgeable, professional, polite and listened to my concerns. I felt sure I had found the proper person that I can trust to fix and update my computer and I wasn’t wrong. He offered to pick up and drop off my computer. I needed quickly so I dropped it off. After speaking with Paul for a while I felt comfortable where I didn’t hesitate to give him the password to my computer. Paul promptly performed the repairs. He was able to save the data on my hard drive even though it was severely damaged. I received my computer fixed with the right quoted estimate, quickly and on time. Paul’s service was nothing short of exceptional. We were having trouble with audio playing from our TV, and he was able to stop by the same day I reached out. He quickly assessed the situation and repurposed cords that we already had laying around the house. During the service, it was clear how knowledgeable Paul is was about technology, IT, networks etc. He also visited by wearing mask and practiced social distancing. So happy we called for his help!
