Bill at PC Graphix has repaired my portable and desktop computers numerous times over the past several years. My Dell laptop was dying while plugged in. I contacted Mr. Phillips, on a Friday, described the problem, he gave me an initial estimate for the diagnostics and repair cost. I took the computer to him that afternoon. The following Monday afternoon, he notified me of the results of the diagnostics, the source of the problem, that my computer was repaired and ready for pick up. He also said that the final cost was less than the estimate given. Since the repair, my computer has been in daily use and has not replicated the problem it was having. I am extremely pleased with the timeliness, cost of the repair, as well as the customer service. I cannot be more satisfied. Wow!! PC Graphix saved the day! My facebook account that I have had for many many years was completely gone due to the facebook outgage on 3/5/24. To login back in required resetting an old gmail acct that I haven't used in years. Somehow he was able to not only reset that account but then was able to get my Facebook account back!! He did it all remotely!

Bill at PC Graphix provided his knowledge and expertise to correct some issues I was having with my laptop and both times he was able to resolve the issue and explained in great detail what the problem was. He is very affordable and I highly recommend him for all of your computer needs.

Bill at PC Graphix is knowledgeable and explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. Our home computer was getting notifications that we were hacked, our bank accounts were hacked, etc. We did not click as we knew they were phishing and contacted Bill.
