Great experience with Paxis for our IT needs. One of the best things about doing business with them are their flat rates. They won't nickel and dime you if you ever have a problem that needs to be fixed. Their customer service is also fantastic (and that is hard to come by these days)!!! Paxis Technologies has truly supported our company this past year, especially while moving our IT infrastructure to our main location. With minimal disruption to our operations, their team smoothly transitioned our computers, installed a new VOIP phone system & added security cameras to the property. In addition, they updated our infrastructure with a new server room and wiring, while testing to make sure all systems were working properly- allowing us to get back to work. Lastly, we also appreciate their recommendation to upgrade to a higher-speed internet & management system, as it increased our network’s efficiency. We highly recommend Paxis!
