Pavilions Motel - Motel in Santa Monica - 2338 Ocean Park Blvd, USA

The term "roach motel" is an understatement. Atleast 10 roaches scattered when I opened the door. Roaches under the pillows, spiders in the shower, mold everywhere, open holes in the walls. Absolutely horrible. I slept in my truck in the parking lot. I'm shocked Santa Monica Health Department allows this place to remain open.

I came all the way from san jose . And i have never ever been in a place like this. Just wow. As soon i lay down in the bed my body started itching. I left and i had to shower at the GYM . And slept in my car ! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼people were fighting to the point to argue so bad!!!!!

The location Santa Monica is beautiful itself but this hotel is not clean at all it needs to be shut down

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I never thought I’d see a hotel room as bad as this one. I don’t know how they can get away with actually renting those rooms out to people. there was black mold all over the room. You could tell that the blankets on the bed had not been washed in a very long time. You see stains from other peoples fun on the bed. we bought a blanket to lay over the bed just so we could lay down until we saw roaches coming out of the TV (which did not work) and then we had to leave. From that point on all we felt, was roaches all over us, worst hotel I’ve ever seen. I can’t believe this place is up to code!! There’s no way.

Horrible. Simply horrible. There were cockroaches and mold. I immediately left. Manager would not give refund

By far the most disgusting and I've been to some low budget spots. Completely neglected in both maintenance and customer service. Keep in mind , these photos were from the second room after I was reluctantly moved to another due to the large puddle of urine, from what I don't know, was noticed in the middle of the bed. I guess the owner couldn't find a property on skid row🤷

We couldnt stay there, money wasted!!!The room was super dirty, the blanket is worst it’s somekind of thin puffy kind, but its not puffy, its dark red and have holes, with HAIRS on the bedsheet. It smell rooted in here, the curtains are broken, there are holes and couldn’t cover the whole window, like someone can literally see from outside!! The AC was full with dirts, like haven’t washes in 500 million years. I can found COCKROACHES in the cabinets AND FLOOR!Lets not talk about bathroom…. Everything just beyond word could ever explain. we asked to switch the room but the property guy said nah, it’s been cleaning everyday, lmao. Just stay out guys!!!!

I stayed in room 1, and it was horrible. The room walls and doors was dirty. The bed blanket and towel was clean. Holes in walls, damaged ceiling, open pipes and electrical in bathroom and the bedroom. The AC worked good. The room was infested with roaches!!!!! I called front desk for bleach or roach spray and they told me "sorry can't do anything" and that a third party would need to do it. I didn't sleep I was up all night with ALL the lights on and TV on, squashing bugs; ALL NIGHT! I'M TIRED AF. The deposit for the key is a joke; NO ONE IS TRYING TO KEEP A KEY TO A ROOM LIKE THAT EVER, unless they just don't care. Never again. NEVER again.
