My favorite place in Pavilion 3 is the takeout known as "Mechels Takeout", which has amazing food I can recommend to anyone. The owner is an amazing person who will be sure to serve you with a smile. The food is next level as well. The atmosphere is A+

It's a Small mall with milchig and fleishig restaurants, wine and liquor store, always a lot of parking available, nice and quiet stores, but with the highlight of the mall mechls deli being their it's absolutely making it the greatest mall in Monsey !!!

Pavillion 3 itself is just the name of the strip mall. It's centrally located at the Monsey/Airmont border. Spacious areas in front of & across stores provide ample parking spaces. See individual reviews on individual stores directly (websites).

Like many small outdoor malls, they're in a bit of a transition. They've had a number of empty stores but it looks like they're starting to get filled. Love the kosher Rita's!

Very good customer service very nice and friendly 💯

Parking is fine here, unless you get someone who doesn't think about anyone else while they are parking and just take 2 spots. During the week, there is usually parking, its busy times, like Saturday night, when it gets busy that you might actually have to walk 5 parking spots and you're not able to park directly in front of the establishment you plan to patronize.
