Paulette's Restaurant - American restaurant in Memphis - 50 Harbor Town Square, USA

I was here with our Company for our Christmas Party, and the entirety of Paulette's was absolutely amazing! A great selection provided by their Buffett which included great diversity of drinks and desserts! FYI Go for the Key Lime Pie absolutely Amazing!!

The kind of place that is truly pushing for 4-5 star dining rating. Crepes were nice. Apples could be tended to more closely for cuisine improvement. Nice setting near the River. Hotel adjacent. Good parking.

We stayed at the hotel here and ate breakfast every day at Paulette’s. The service and food were fantastic! We got the American breakfast with eggs over easy and it was cooked to perfection each time. We also loved their breakfast sausages. Our server remembered our order each morning and was really kind. We’ll be back!

Awesome night out with the Mrs for our 46th anniversary on New Year's Eve. Great food. Great atmosphere. Absolutely loved the crepes!!

Elegant restaurant with great menu. Eating at 11:15 on a weekday we were seated promptly, and served water and drinks as well. We ordered the smoked deviled eggs with Roe, Redfish with Crab, and the Low country crab cakes…All delicious and plated nicely. Robust, full flavors. Especially loved the sea grass on the deviled eggs and the flavor profiles on all the dishes. For Dessert we ordered the flourless chocolate cake and bread pudding. These two did not impress. The flavors were a bit weak and did not give the “wow” factor at the end of our meal. Service was good Restaurant was noteably clean and “polished”, down to the salt/pepper shakers. The little bar and hotel lobby were adorable to walk through.

One of the best breakfast experiences I’ve ever had. The French toast was so amazing. Will be back soon.

A party of four we were shown to a table in the middle of the restaurant. We were four girls wanting to catch up and might get a little loud; not wanting to intrude upon others we asked to be moved to another table. This required at least 3 staff that left us standing in the middle of the restaurant feeling awkward. It seemed like at least 5 minutes for them to figure out where to seat us. Once we were seated at a lovely table in almost a private room, thank you, we had wonderful and attentive service from Demetrious. Please forgive me if I don't have his name spelled correctly. We all ordered something different, and the three other ladies were pleased with their meals. I am sorry to say that I was not. I had the steak and lobster. The steak was cold and a bit overcooked for medium rare and the potatoes were cold as well. What passed for lobster on the top seemed more like a large shrimp cut in half and I only got half. Rather than put a damper on the evening and send it back I brought it home. **menu was Prix Fix so just chose what I might order then next time I come

This was the perfect anniversary dinner. We live just down the street, and somehow have never been until yesterday. It was great. We were seated promptly (we made a reservation, but it didn’t seem too busy for a Friday night at 6), and welcomed warmly. The waiter was very friendly and well versed on the menu, history, and pairings. The food was delicious. I had the beef tenderloin burger and my husband had the redfish with crabmeat. Both were phenomenal. The pop up bread complementary appetizer was a bit over cooked, but not too bad. We both aren’t fans of strawberry butter in general, but this butter was great! Everything was cooked exactly how we wanted, and tasted better than we could imagine! A great place for special occasions
