Hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had. The sourdough for the base is the chariot that takes this meal to the heavens. This is one of those pizzas that you always eat the crust because it’s as good as the rest of the pie. Simple is better. The margarita pizza is my fav. Then you find out that they have tacos with home made tortillas. The carnitas tacos are unbelievable. Eat this food now, you will not regret it. Always a must anytime I’m on the big island
Had the 3 chicken tacos, they were very tasty.
Being a sourdough bakery, they are good at their crust for the pizzas by the slice (taste and texture are both nice). But toppings are few and skimpy. Due to the lack of toppings, you need to eat 2x the slices you probably normally would. Didn't see any indoor eating options, so order your slice, they warm it up, and you can eat in their sheds out back. Quick and dirty, don't expect more than that.
Too much for too little. Why is the crust thinner than the Cardboard box that the Pizza comes in? If I wanted paper-thin Pizza, I would've went to James Angelo's Underground Pizza.
Are all the Pizza restaurants cutting costs by making all their Pizzas super thin? Way too thin... as thin as soft flour tortillas. Not good Pizza dough, not the size, nor the texture. If the dough isn't decent on a Pizza, then it's a loss.
Good toppings, good service, horrible Pizza dough thickness. A good Pizza has a crunchy crust, Pau's Pizza crust was terribly chewy, bubble gum like. A good Pizza needs a decent crust... need I say more.
Who do they have making Pizza's in there? They obviously have never had a good Pizza in their lifetime in order to reference. Please, go to Italy, or New York, or Connecticut and learn how to make actual Pizza... please, there's no excuse. It isn't rocket science, damn. No one on this island can make a decent Pizza.
Not even trying to insult, just disappointed in the failed attempt at good Pizza. I have to fly to the mainland to get a good Pizza in 2023, really?
This pizza is amazing! Just the right size and just crispy enough! Unfortunately it disappeared before I made it home! And it was delicious! The desserts at this place are off the hook amazing!! I would give there food in general 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 🌟 if I could! Super friendly staff, quick lunch service and clean environment! Mahalo PP
They do offer Vegan cheese! You can make your own vegan pizza by selecting toppings or make any pizza on the menu vegan. The only downside is that they only offer one size - 18".
We really liked our macadamia nut vegan cheese pizza with custom toppings.
Literally the best sourdough pizza ever. I'm from San Francisco and decided to try this place out for my daughter.... I got tacos from next door. I'm not sad about the tacos but I will be going back to Pau for pizza. I tried some of my daughter's piece and she didn't let me have any more. She was obsessed!
My first time there at about 3 pm in the afternoon and it was a really good gourmet pizza. I got "The Whole Hog" which was all meat. It was a nice meal after a long, hard days work and everywhere around there stopped serving food at 2 pm, which was surprising to me for a hustling town like Waimea.
Bobby's beginner yoga flow class was outstanding! There were so many different types of people in class. Over 5 teenagers that I think were from a swim team, moms, dads, young, mature, seniors....Bobby caters to just about everyone who wants to have
I visited this most amazing GJâs Huli Chicken by pure chance and let me tell you- THE BEST CHICKEN I HAVE EVER HADâ-HANDS DOWN. Initially- from the roadside, we saw the rolling smoke as the chickens were being cooked, then decided to stop and see
Beautiful canyon. We could not view certain parts due to fog. The waimea lookout was completely not visible the day we were out there but I hear itâs beautiful on a clear day. We were still happy with the parts we saw. A beautiful scenery and drive
I did a morning 2 tank charter with the Blue Wilderness crew and it was awesome! The team and captain were super personable and upbeat throughout the morning, gave thorough dive briefings and split the divers into two groups (beginner and advanced) w

Awesome customer service the food is delicious and vegetarian friendly. The spicy veggie ramen was 10/10 and the toasty onigiri was the perfect texture! We will definitely be back.
Excellent park with picnic tables and a stream! Kiddo loves chasing the chickens and there is a short trail (about 1 mile long) to walk. Trail pretty well maintained and no big hills.
We had such a great time here for dinner! The vibe was on point and service was friendly and quick. We got a flight sampler and some food. Food tasted great and priced reasonably especially compared to a lot of places on the Big Island. Parking was l
This is a super interesting place to see if you are interested in learning about Hawaiian history. There are a lot of ruins here. I wish there was a bit more information available. The area is very open and you are free to explore the paths, I donâ
