We’ve been coming to Patty’s Cakes for years and we always knew we wanted to have them do our Wedding Cake. Our Wedding Cake was stunning and turned out exactly as we envisioned it and we are so glad they could be a part of our special day. Patty’s Cakes helped so much throughout the entire dessert selection process. They were timely in their correspondences and set up a Wedding Cake Tasting Day for us to come in. Patty’s Cakes storefront is incredible and always has the most adorable decorations for all of the seasons. The Wedding Consultation Room was no different and had sample model cakes so we could understand and see the different styles and sizes in person. We had our own private room where we got to work with the staff looking through previous cakes, bookmarking all the designs we were interested in, and selecting all the flavors we wanted to try. We ended up choosing a Banana flavored wedding cake with Chocolate Mousse and Fudge - it tasted absolutely incredible and my husband and I knew we had to have it! We even took some desserts home to share with our family and friends the final flavors we selected. We had Cake Balls and Mini Cupcakes in addition to our wedding cake and our guests couldn’t get enough of them. They were gone so fast and everyone was so impressed with how everything tasted. vegan heaven! any place that doesn't punish vegans always gets 5 stars from me. when I say punish: I mean they not only have so many vegan options, they only charge about 30c extra for their vegan cupcakes compared to their regular ones. vegans know other places with vegan options charge like they wanna punish us. I was nervous ordering from DD, if the cakes will be smashed or frosting ruined but they arrived in perfect condition. they even put a sticker on top for the delivery drivers to keep it flat and handle with care. the Vegan Piña Colada - Cupcake looks so cute with that little umbrella on top! I thought the prices were fair for the size since most cookie stores like crumble charge $5 a cookie! and I appreciate the little 'v' flags on top as I'm always anxious what if the workers messed up and gave me non vegan items when ordering out. it's little things like that but I like to have that peace of mind! can't wait to try them but they look super moist and soft!

My husband and I used Patty’s cakes to make our wedding cake and it was perfect! The cake looked just like the photo we showed then, and it tasted amazing. The cake tasting experience was so fun - they gave us so many flavors to choose from and made us feel special. I highly recommend Patty’s Cakes for your event!!

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ I recently visited with high expectations, only to be met with disappointment and frustration. As an avid cupcake enthusiast, I had heard great things about this establishment, but my experience fell far short of what I had hoped for. Customer service Upon arrival, I presented an email coupon offering a generous 10% off on my purchase. However, to my dismay, the staff refused to honor the coupon, despite it being clearly stated and within the valid dates. Their lack of willingness to accommodate a new customer left a sour taste in my mouth from the very beginning. The next disappointment came when I received my cupcakes. While the flavors were decent, the presentation left much to be desired. The icing, which should have been a delightful and creamy complement to the cupcake, was smeared more on the box than on the cupcake itself. It was disheartening to see such carelessness in the presentation of their signature product. It seemed as though quantity was prioritized over quality, resulting in an unsatisfying experience. Adding insult to injury, the staff displayed an unprofessional and dismissive attitude when I voiced my concerns about the coupon . Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to address the situation with a satisfactory resolution only further tarnished my experience. It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of customer service from this sale person, and attention to detail in a business that prides itself on delivering delectable treats. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and have my concerns acknowledged and resolved.... I sincerely hope that Patty Cakes takes this feedback constructively and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more positive experience for their customers in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend this establishment to fellow cupcake enthusiasts who seek "both" quality and exceptional customer service. I have met another Saleswoman from this store at a Christmas charity event who was delightful and welcoming that's why I wanted to go

Probably the BEST cake maker in terms of flavor, light whipped dressing, and cake texture which is MOIST. Always check their calendar for their closed days. Otherwise cake tasting was to the point which they do cupcake style but it was a great way to test the fillings. I cant wait to order more cakes from them for birthdays in the future. Patty's is truly quality. Also asians would go crazy for this place, i know because im filipino and elders always say "we dont like too sweet," but they ate all our leftover cake the next couple of days after our wedding! give them a try. We also opted for 2 tiers and 1-2 (maybe) sheetcakes and 1 dozen vegan cupcakes for a total of $420 (for 140 people) which included delivery. They will work with your budget but they also have minimums. 10/10 will recommend.

The Most Decadent Cupcake Ever is the Chocolate Caramel Salty cupcake - I can’t leave Patty’s without one of these. The fudge and caramel and salt are a perfect mix of flavors. It’s so rich and delicious that a cupcake is the perfect size! But the best part ever is that Patty’s has these amazing tasting, moist cupcakes are Gluten Free too!!! They also have traditional cupcakes, cakes, cake pops, & bag o cake. But I will be a life-long customer because of their gluten free cakes & cupcakes.

Cake was exactly how we discussed when we first went in for the tasting. The cake was ordered less than a month from our wedding and the service was great in making sure we were able to have a tasting and order in time for our event. Everyone loved the cake, especially the frosting it wasn’t overly sweet and complimented each flavor perfectly. Thank you guys will definitely come back for more and I know our guests will too.

I got a recommendation from my sis-in-law and ordered my wedding cake here. It was amazing! The lady I talked to discuss about the design was very friendly and nice, and every process was so professional. I chose red velvet with oreo cream flavor and almost all our guests-approx.130 people-finished it. You will not regret!
