Patterson beach homes - Lodging in Miramar Beach - 915 Scenic Gulf Dr, USA

I stayed in this house for a getaway with a bunch of friends. The view is amazing, the house well-kept, clean, and fully equipped! We had almost 30 people in the top floor gathering area (kitchen, living room) and it really didn't feel crowded. This is the perfect place for large adult group retreats - small companies, college friends, church groups, or wedding parties would find ample room and comfort for their retreat. We found the individual bedroom digital combination locks easy to program. With a lock on every room you can keep your stuff safe no matter who visits, and no keys to loose! The elevator made easy work of moving all of our gear in and back out again. There is still a little construction work left to be completed (pool area and beach access), however it was nothing big and for the price this can easily be overlooked. The staircase is a tad narrow, and with the many floors it probably isn't a good environment to have a ton of children, but we had no problems with our few children during the stay. If you have a large group of mostly adults looking for a great value, this is the place to stay!

My wife and I recently stayed at Patterson’s B&B and where pleasantly surprised by how beautiful of a location and how nice their houses are. Don’t let Google maps fool you, they are very nice and the owner Mark is very accommodating and ensures that you have an outstanding experience. Very clean, very impressed with the quality of the rooms and you can’t beat the amazing view and beachfront! Would recommend this place to anyone, would be great for a large family or gathering. Upper level is a large kitchen and sitting area. ||Very good experience, thanks Mark!

Rented this condo for the whole family for a 70th birthday, we have had a blast! 7 months to 70 years, we have had 25 +\- people in and out all week. We have had so much fun as a family. Memories have been made! We plan on coming back next year and doing it again. Thank you to the Patterson family for taking care of us.

Last Summer family reunion. We had an absolutely wonderful time at this bueatiful beach house. It is a great location between Destin and Sandestin, we love to visit baytowne and we also like to go to the destin harbor to eat. Our family really enjoyed the three master suites. Me and my husband got our own suite and my inlaws also loved the fact that there was a master bathtub/spa and a shower in each suite. we all had a great view from our bedroom since they all face the beach. We also liked the elevator that went to all five levels. We could walk out of the elevator to the pool/beach level and not have to carry our coolers down any stairs! The top floor great room was amazing to gather and eat or just relax while watching TV. We are looking foward to going back! thanks long family

Great place for the family. My 10 month had a great two weeks here!!!! The pool is small, but it is ten feet from the beach and covered...loved it!!!!

Super recomendable para quienes esten con un presupuesto ajustado, y aun asi quieran ir a un lindo lugar. Para el precio que pagamos, las habitaciones estaban muy bien equipadas y limpias, y tuvimos una gran estadia.
