I'm not sure about Patriots Plaza, I visited Bob Evans which is in the plaza as well as the Jiffy Lube there both of which were as expected... got oil changed and ate a great afternoon breakfast while I waited.
Went to The Cowboy im this strip mall. They have a good little selection of cowboy apparel for all ages. Owner/employee was very helpful and sweet. The strip mall was quiet and clean.
