I am so annoyed with the level of customer service from this company. They charged me close to $600 just to tell me what I already knew, which was that I have asbestos ducts. Not only that but that fee doesn’t even include the report that described how to remove the asbestos by Enkay. That will be another 850+. I’m so disappointed at the level of communication from this company. If I would have known from the beginning, I would not have paid the first $600. I feel ripped off! That first $600 should have included the information for the asbestos company to remove the asbestos.

Our daughter was getting sick month after month and we suspected that we might have mold in the apartment due to different plumbing leaks that had been occurring in the months prior. They came out right away. The technician was very professional and explained the process to us. They sampled outdoor "clean air" to use as a reference point for the readings in the home and then took samples from different rooms. They communicated readily with us and when the report was was complete, they emailed it to us and the samples came back with much higher than normal readings for mold. It was not inexpensive, but it was worth having a solid answer on what was happening with our baby so that we could finally address it. I can't think of a complaint that we may have had while working with them and we highly recommend them.

I called Patriot to test for mold prior to a the completion of our locker room renovation at the fitness center I manage, and I was very pleased with their quality of work. They came in and were very thorough and transparent with the process and what we should expect with the remediation. The field tech was very professional and I hope we never have mold again but if we do I will definitely call Patriot!!

They had me leave my job for them, a very good job that worked with my school schedule and paid decent. But I wanted to work in a lab cause i want to be in my field, so I leave, and make sure to ask that they need someone’s for long term. Two and a half weeks later they let me go and REFUSE to give me a reason. Straight up had like five people in my room as if they were thinking I would get crazy. And everyone I asked simply said “ there’s no specific reason” Workers who make it are entirely overworked due to lack of staff ironically

Super pleased with the customer service. I worked with Victor and both Catherines. They work hard to provide great customer service. They return calls promptly and even were working during the weekend. Impressed.

i had a huge mold problem. as soon as i got on the phone with them i was pleased. i got someone to come take care of the issue right away, the staff is extremely friendly yet efficient. i was very please with how i was treated every step of the way. i would recommend patriot to anyone!
