Positive: Hotel employee is a really great guy. He made me feel valued as a customer. The room that I was assigned was commensurate with the money that I paid. Thank you hotel employee, I?ll see you soon. Negative: The only drawback about the entire experience was the two roaches I saw in the room; they were babies, one by the microwave and one by the toilet.
Positive: The king size bed and the television lineup was exceptional. Negative: I requested room 119, I was granted room 119 and it wasn?t ready by 2 o?clock, the check in time. These people had my money for the room in advance and failed to make me a priority over rooms that weren?t booked. That is bad business!
Positive: They treated me with respect; when I arrived, the room was ready for me to enter upon conclusion of the business part. Thank you Patio, I will see you soon! Negative: No! Everything was perfect! They got the television lineup that I needed and I am very grateful!
Its cheap and clean for the most part. Never seen any bugs any of the times ive stayed here. Theres never any drama happening in or around the motel. Though if you walk up without a reservation theyll charge you more. Usually cheaper to book via 3rd party booking sites tbh.

They turned the electricity off in my room prior to my leaving and caused me a huge inconvenience. When I tried to mention it, he pretended to be someone else. Negative: ""

I was without a home for a bit and stayed here while I searched and went to work.
The owners are very nice and honestly deal with a lot when it comes to other customers.
I think this place is ideal for anyone you just have to be mindful that it is a motel.
The location is quiet aside from the bar at night but the energy overall is good and straight to the point.
Upon my stay, I had seen many angry and well not willing to leave and so I understand when it comes to the upkeep of certain rooms and corners of this motel. I had many different rooms some are very clean and others aren’t due to some of those that stayed before you.
The owner is really nice if you are… like even if there is an issue it’s best to not project the anger onto the person you want to help you. Things happen and we are living in crazy times.
Thankful for the Patio Motel and the ones in charge of the business they’re running.
